It always bugs me a little bit that the pictures/video from this Super Bowl are so foggy looking (which, I believe, was the result of an ill-advised indoor fireworks display).
You’re right, but I actually like the look. Kind of has that night game outdoors misty look to it.

MR. Youngblood gave this to me several years back. He lives here in O-Town.

Thats a great picture and reminds me of a article I read as a teenager. I read 3 newspapers a day for half my life before the internet. And since I live in Humboldt (where its 65-70 while the rest of the country is boiling) its 49er country so I read more than my fair share of the Sporting Green in the San Francisco Chronicle . So the week before the Rams game was a good one as I could read some stuff about my LA Rams. And I knew with certainty I could get the game on TV.
The point......... that is Keith Fahnhorst who was a good player and the Niners RT. I remember a interview of Keith by Lowel Cohn. And Keith had a ton of respect for Jack Youngblood, my favorite Ram. Keith made a comment on how Jack had a way of getting under his pads had pushing up putting Keith on his tippy toes and problems were about to happen. He said Younblood was very strong for his size and relentless.
This interview must have been at Keiths house or a restaurant because his wife was there. She said she hated Rams week because her husband was in a terrible mood all week.
All because of Jack Freaking Youngblood.

Thanks for sharing that. I now have even more of a reason to smile when I look at the pic. It really warms the heart knowing all the misery Youngblood provided to that whiner. I plan on making this info/pic into a bedtime story to tell to my grandchildren (I don't have any yet) so that they can sleep like a baby. I mean hell... any child of mine will find complete comfort in knowing the sheer terror and pain Jack brought to the whiners.

First of all, this isn't me.
This is someone here on this board (sorry I didn't note it) who shared the photo some years ago.
I saved it as it's just awesome. Thought I would share it again.
