Wind chill I think. This is what I am seeing everywhere. Not sure where everyone is getting 8 degrees.

I don’t buy it because it’s not like this Rams offense is full of smallish speedy skill guys like the GSOT was. Dynamic fast quick cut elusive players who thrive on turf under a roof.
This group is a more physical, plodding, possession style of skill guys who don’t necessarily gain any advantage in warm covered conditions on a fast track.
Or it's a disadvantage for guys trying to tackle him as he drags them down field.Well. Let's say you're Puka Nucua who likes to drive hard for yac, but the field is slippery and therefore can't get a push off to gain that yac like normally when the field is in good condition. That's a disadvantage to Puka, isn't it?

Sure, but he’s the only real YAC threat on the roster who gets the ball. The rest of our guys(WR’s and TE’s) are mostly just catch and get tackled immediately guys, and that includes the RB’s who aren’t going to do much in the open field.Well. Let's say you're Puka Nucua who likes to drive hard for yac, but the field is slippery and therefore can't get a push off to gain that yac like normally when the field is in good condition. Stafford will be ready.
Stafford - “I've worn it quite a few times since I've been here it keeps you warmer,” Stafford said.
Just don't piss in it.

Interesting perspective, though I believe this weather is advantage Rams. Plenty of guys on our side of the ball used to playing in weather. And I'll trust Stafford's arm throwing in the weather and wind over that kid on the other sideline.Agree with all that, except there is more to it. As the Rams are the superior team, the cold weather (and possibly snow) is a disadvantage to the Rams, and thus an advantage to the Bears.
In these weather conditions, athletes can't perform as they normally do. The cold, the slippery field doesn't let,for example, receivers to run as fast as they usually do and cannot make cuts as they usually do. Same with running backs and any other player that's got the ball.
The poor weather conditions basically turn the superstars into regular players, because they can't do what they normally do. Since "all" the players on both teams are affected, they all become lesser, but more equal players.
Thus, it's an advantage to the Bears as the better Rams players are not so much better in these torrid weather conditions, especially if that field becomes slippery (not so much if it's just cold).
It's not fair that teams in cold weather areas do not have a dome.
Why not? That’s the quickest way to warm it up! The squirts however, that’s a whole different issue!Just don't piss in it.
Instead of a wetsuit or scuba suit, going to need some dpants for that. Why not? That’s the quickest way to warm it up! The squirts however, that’s a whole different issue!![]()

If that was the case, how would running the ball be considered a good strategy in this kind of weather?Well. Let's say you're Puka Nucua who likes to drive hard for yac, but the field is slippery and therefore can't get a push off to gain that yac like normally when the field is in good condition. That's a disadvantage to Puka, isn't it?
I saw this online and it’s hard af!! I might make it my profile pic.Stafford will be ready.
Not to worry.View attachment 74181
Yeah he needs to just slide out and ice the ball on the sidelines when that happens, if possible. Or take the sack, but protecting the ball is key.I have concerns with Stafford when the play breaks down because he can’t run. That’s an always thing.
In this game he’ll be moving like molasses in winter time.
I don’t think it’s going to be different than any other game. It’s not like he’s going to be moving slower and everyone else will be moving normal speed.I have concerns with Stafford when the play breaks down because he can’t run. That’s an always thing.
