Did you happen to catch Reeder running to his left like his head was on fire while
the ball obviously went in the opposite direction giving up the longest run of a RB's career for 32yds.
Know this is a celebration thread, but if we don't get Jones back in the playoffs, we are gonna be in trouble.
Or we're gonna have to score a lot of points.
You get a chance check that play out. There were other plays but that was the worst of the worst.
I didn't catch that one. But I don't doubt it. Reeder's capable if he ends up near the ball carrier but yeah there's a reason Jones gave this defense such a lift when he was in there.

I'm assuming he's out for the playoffs btw. Can he come back from a surgery like that so quickly?

I think it's great Stafford has had a few games of adversity to better prepare him for winning playoff football. Shake off that Lions loser shit. Hopefully he learned a bunch in the second half's of these games.

Other players on D had notably bad plays.
They made positive plays as well.

Just like Reeder.

The Rams hung in there to pull out the win. They overcame a lot of mistakes.

If Stafford could start hitting guys in stride and cut out the mistakes the Rams will go far this season.

never saw that in the past outside a couple games.. already happened 4-5 times this year.
Yea as others have said, Stafford needs to get the turnovers under control if we're going to make a big run. But I think we'll need to accept some of them, the more aggressive throws because he's just a gunslinger. But he needs to limit the bone-headed ones.

But regardless what happens in a game, the dude is going to keep coming at you throwing darts. That was a big, big, big time game winning drive. He was a perfect 6 for 6 on that drive with the TD to win it. We'll never be out of a game and watching this year if we are down late, I have no doubt we can come back and win it.

Ramseys effort on the tackle was half hearted as hell.

Glad we got the win

Stafford can be so frustrating at times. And like Bradshaw and Strahan said after the game, he can’t turn the ball over in the playoffs.

But he fought back, and helped win us the game and that’s what matters.

Don‘t be frustrated.

Be fascinated.

:thumbsup1:

I bet when Cooper Kupp watched the movie Starship Troopers as a kid and Diz told Rico to run the flip-six-three-hole, Kupp probably knew the exact play she was talking about. I can just see him now, talking to his siblings after this scene ... "well, Rico is supposed to run either a slant or a comeback depending on whether the D brings the fire dog blitz, and ..."

Sony Michel continues to be an effing stud.

Jefferson had a fantastic game.

There are multiple things to celebrate in this game.. that was a hell of a win. A total team win.

The big picture perspective is a team that has fixed almost all of it's most glaring issues. Special teams is no longer a problem... defense is just getting better and better... and they have a real run game.

They're also showing some real mental toughness.

That part is huge. More than anything else, that's what they showed today. When the game was absolutely on the line, when one play could be the difference between winning and losing, guys on both sides of the ball stepped up and made huge plays. That will serve them well going forward.

I had such an unbelievable calm on me watching the 2nd half of the game.
I just knew they were winning the game, never really doubted it.
