His ability to break tackles and fall forward is definitely different. Hendo offers the big play potential and pass catching, but I think Sony has better vision and is definitely way more physical. Might be better fit for this offense because we need to be physical to win in the playoffs.

Its just so evident when you watch him run. That 3rd&1 run in the 2nd half where he made the free rusher miss in the hole with a great jump cut, then got hit a yard behind the LOS by two guys but still gained yards and fell forward. No way Henderson makes that play. It was just an incredibly clutch run when we needed it. And it literally went for like 2 yards.

I feel like expectations exceeded performance for spells and it is sure nice to get here 9 - 4. I kept thinking if we lose we have 1 game on SF and that was really bugging me.

Yeah he's earned his role 100%. There is still a need imo for two backs especially with 2 different backs like we have available to us with him and Hendo.

AD with 3 timely sacks, tipped pass leading to goal line pick, 2 timely holding calls and one other significant play I can't remember. He does so much I can't remember the other significant play. Fucking awesome. One of the best performances by any defensive player this year. Right back in the convo for DPOY.

And why the hell wasn't kupp front and center on the onside kick.

I didn’t hear about the Covid players until the game started. Long day out side the loop. I figured if they won it would have been on Def & ST. Kudos to the back ups and starters for playing hard all game. I’d give Gaines, the OL and Michel game balls (imo)

And to chase down QBs from behind is just fricken amazing

I am so impressed with Gaines

SJD is decent but he doesn't stuff the run like Gaines

Robinson had a few decent plays tonight too

Grizzlies can actually sprint at 40 mph. They’re faster than horses at short distances.

A lot of times, offenses that are really explosive in the passing game can lack a little bit in the physicality department. Michel adds that component to this offense. Even if you think Hendo is slightly better, that physicality that Michel brings will be real important down the stretch. He’s just a freaking bruiser. These safeties and backers meet him full speed in the hole and he is still falling forward every time.

I admit I had little faith in Morris and really had doubts about this game.

The D showed up and made MASSIVE plays when it mattered. This was BY FAR the best game Morris called this year. He put the young guys in good position time and time and time again.

I still hate the scheme with the fire of a thousand suns, but if Morris continues to adjust like this, we have a legit shot going forward!

This was EXACTLY the type of win we needed!!!
