I am still so jacked up from this W boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To me, this was our greatest victory of the season thus far. Why? For a few reasons.

1: This game was DESTINY. After all the horrible tragedies LA has suffered through the past few weeks, this was a game that the Rams needed to win. To get a W would uplift the spirits of an entire city, and that's what the Rams did. Originally, as we all know, this was supposed to be in Mexico City. Fate determined otherwise and it was played where the game truly needed to be played at: in LA.

2: We played arguably the best team in the AFC and beat one hell of a team. This was a statement game. All the talking heads have no choice but to give us the credit we deserve. Although the defense gave up 51 points, the reality is, the defense on both sides got TDs and played a huge role last night.

3: What happens when your best offensive player is essentially shut out of the game? Fear not. We have JARED GOFF. I mean are you kidding me? Some of the throws he made last night, including the game winner, was just MAGICAL. This dude is a surgeon, and yes McVay has put our guys in the best possible position to succeed but even when in his rookie year, I said to myself, wow he's making some great throws. The people who didn't believe in him clearly just looked at stats and W-Ls. As one of the NFL analysts said last night, and forgive me because I forget who said it, it's not always about the stats. You gotta watch the game to truly understand...

4: Although I'm not a huge fan of ridiculous scores like 54-51, it was still one of the greatest, craziest, absurd football games I've EVER seen. This was on national TV--on Monday Night Football. As I said earlier, this was a statement game. Everyone in the country saw what we're capable of. This game was literally historic and I'm so glad to have been able to not only be a part of it as a Rams fan but as the victor!

5: This game is an instant classic that I think will be talked about for a long time. Obviously LA-KC was the game of the season, and it did NOT disappoint.

6: I LOVE A W heading into the Bye. These guys deserved it. Ebukam had an interesting comment after the game. He said that the DL in particular wanted to put in a little extra tonight. They are without a doubt the strongest link of our defense. I expect moving forward that we'll see more and more disruption from them. With Talib coming back at the right time, I think this defense will gel at the right time: right before the playoffs.

I'm so proud of this team, and I've never been more proud to be a Rams fan. Guys, we're experiencing history in the making. Don't take it for granted. We've got something really special here.

Good god man you gonna keep rubbin that in??? :p

To be fair though, Reynolds has made enormous game to game improvement since Kupp first went down. But either way I suppose I'll eat my 2nd plate of crow and gladly.

Josh is one of my favorites. I'm happy to see him showing out!

Daaaaaaaaaaamn! Ebukam almost got to him on the clinching int that would've been a cap to the game and iced the Defensive player of the week!

And Ebukam wasn't doing it against scrubs. Fisher and Schwartz are legit OTs.

I forgot about Hecker's punt.. that was huge also.

Hekker was a God in this game. He delivered multiple monster punts in big moments.

4 punts

222 yards

55.5 avg

3 inside the 20

Hekker may not be getting in the work he did a few years ago, but he is still a weapon that I am glad we have

Was there something wrong with Zuerline? They were focusing on a player on near the sidelines and in the background it looked like GZ was limping. He did ok last night but there weren't as many touchbacks as usual. He even slipped and fell on one kickoff. He just seemed a little off.

Every team in the league scored 10+ points in week 11 except the Eagles.

What a game! The coliseum was absolutely insane last night, a massive home field advantage. I’m thinking it was about 80/20 Rams fans.
Haven’t been to a game since they came back, but boy was it worth the hassle.

It was awesome. It looked like 80% Rams fans, 15% Chiefs fans, 5% NFL fans.

I imagine this is how games will be with a stronger season ticket base. I wish the Rams could do more to keep the resellers away from the new season ticket licenses.

The wife sent me a text from work last night telling me to bring her Rams Jersey to the bar because she doesn't feel comfortable not wearing it during a game. Have my Dickerson Jersey underneath my favorite sweater

Took the morning off work to watch this game and I swear it would have been less stressful at my desk

What a freaking game... just unbelievable two of the best teams in the nfl we were just better

I bet goddell and the owners are praying that’s the Super Bowl this year

Jared goff phenomenal

I said this game would come down to which defense gets the most stops and I back our boys .. I was right

As much as I love Todd Gurley I think goff proved tonight this is his team

One small complaint the series after peters INT reminded me of a fisher ran offense let’s not do that again please Sean
Yes, they need to work on running out the clock. They suck at it all year.

The things I took from this game:
The young ones in the secondary and the LB corps are getting bigtime experience against great offenses in the Saints and Chiefs games. It can only help them.

Big game for Eubakam! With Littleton spying Mahomes most of the game, he stepped it up...and with some timely game changing plays.

Reynolds has good size and hands. With Kupp out he's shown himself to be an asset to the passing game.

The HEART of this team rang through and through. Gurley, Hill, Cooks, and Westbrooks all got banged up but got back in and contributed.

Say what you want about this defense...but they've gone up against some of the top offenses and QB's...Brees, Mahomes, Rodgers, Rivers, and Wilson...and The Rams are 5-1 in those games.

We know there's still work to do...BUT I REALLY FEEL GOOD RIGHT NOW!!!
