And Natson might be an upgrade from Cooper, I would have replaced him after the playoff loss last year, he almost single handedly lost us that game.

I don't think Ficken is an NFL caliber kicker, but apparently they aren't enough of those to go around. I watched quite a few kickers this morning and there are some horrible kickers currently starting in the NFL.

If it's a serious injury, I sign Dan Bailey and don't think twice about it. Jones was dumb to give up one of the better kickers in the NFL.
