Brady sucks at the deep ball. Arians insists on the deep ball. If he would get over himself and let Brady dink and dunk the offense would be fine. It's an ego thing with him though. So yeah it's on Arians I fully agree.

The Irony, liked Arians when he was filling in for Chuck Pagano in Indianapolis and knew he was a better Head Coach then Pagano and I knew he would be more successful then Fisher was with the Rams in Arizona.
Now because of playing against him, I dislike him. IMO, he also took the easy way out of Arizona siting health reasons and then coming back to Tampa because he knew their roster was superior, he wanted no part of a rebuild.
Now I'm glad he's having some issues with Tom Brady and can only hope for their demise, however, with three games remaining against the Falcons twice & the Detroit Lions, the football Gods once again has smiled down on both of them.

He hit Scotty Miller in perfect stride for a 48 yard TD yesterday and then came back and hit Evans on the sideline between 2 defenders for about 35 yards
Arrians has flaws, but even if he actually sucks I don't want to see the Rams play TB again. I believe we would beat them, again, but there is really a lot of talent on that roster.
I can see both arguments though I think that front 7 of Washington is the best unit on either of those two teams. That said I don't get wanting to lose games that some say would be better going into the playoffs. Win and win big every week until then and make teams fear us not have them looking past us. Fuck losing
It's hard to fear teams, who do you want to Play? During post season any team is capable of beating you, hopefully, it just happen and you don't lose your last game.
Him hitting some longer passes doesn't do anything to unfuck his 20 years of establishing who he is. He can hit some, sure. But it's not his thing. Brady gets in the zone when he sustain drives your ass over and over and over with short passing. Not all QBs can do that either it's a skill to be able to stay mentally sharp over a higher number of reps and part of what makes him special, that and his quick processing.
True but whoever announced the game (Aikman?) made a point to show that pass traveled 55 yards in the air and he couldn't have dropped it in his hands any better. He deliberately pointed this out because of talk about Brady not being able to throw the deep ball any more.
And I love our coach, he's one of us.

Not all long passes are the same. I'd be curious to see the play. If Brady had a clean pocket, time to step in to it, and throw it down the center of the field, it doesnt really answer the critics of his arm strength.
What Carson Palmer had for Arians would be what's needed in TB IMO. Carson could hit the 20-25 yard out from a 3 step drop, outside the hash. Ball would also need to travel 40+ yards, across field with bad intent and no time for perfect footwork. Brady doesnt have that arm.

Brady has never been a guy with a strong arm. Josh Allen would be great for Ariens. That fuckin guy could prolly throw the ball endzone to endzone. I remember JaMarcus Russell throwing the ball like 70 yards on one knee...that fuckin arm strength.
Brady threw those passes all day to Deion Branch and threw one to Mike Evans this past Sunday. I know he can James White you and Julian Edelman you all the way down the field but those weren't screen passes he was throwing Randy Moss
Randy Moss was with Brady 13 years ago, when Brady's arm was only 30 years old. He's lost a lot off his fastball in to his 40's and he didnt have a strong heater to begin with. It was mentioned several times during the Rams game how poorly Brady's comp % was with downfield throws. Not sure how and more importantly why this is even debatable? Im with @dieterbrock on this. Its like talking about Peyton after his neck surgery compared to the arm he had after. No one would say he had arm strength the last couple seasons. But he had decent arm strength the rest of his career...nothing spectacular there. But what a player was, compared to what they are in the twilight of their career and still holding them to their youthful traits is misplacing credit.
Never said he has the same arm strength as he did years ago. I just pointed out he threw a bomb this past Sunday that couldn't have been placed any more perfectly and threw a sideline route to Evans for 29 yards right on the money between 2 defenders.
