We've already got our two, over 30, expensive WR's, let's bring in another young rookie draft pick to compete with Atwell, Skowronek, Powell, Cutch & Trammell for those additional snaps. jmo.
Yeah, he only comes here on a cheap deal. Would be good insurance. And maybe you flip Jefferson for a pick and draft a kid...Woods buys time for that new guy to get up to speed.

Honestly, I like Skow & Atwell splitting snaps as our WR3. If we can get a 5'th for Van Jeff, then I move him out. jmo.

I like the idea of flipping Jefferson. He is a decent WR3 but I don’t see him as long term solution for Rams.

I wouldn't mind having Woods back. OBJ wants too much to justify spending a lot of money on that knee. Woods was decent with Stafford before his injury and could be a decent rotational WR at the right price.

Lewan still has gas in the tank, unfortunately once he starts moving a wheel tends to fall off lately. Not sure he's dependable and we just went through one of the worst seasons of dependable oline. Not sure adding another to the mix would be smart money spent.

I mean Im sure Mr Trees could produce more next year than Robinson did last year. Any chance we can trade Robinson to Tennessee to? Lol

I see no evidence that at this point to suggest Beckham can even play let alone at a level above Woods.

And, neither one of them is as good as Robinson or Jefferson, right now.

I truly believe ARob will break out this year. He looked amazing in camp and we saw from week one that the fuckery of last season wasn’t just real, but almost supernatural.

I want us to double down on getting Robinson involved as he’s the perfect redzone target for Stafford who seemingly prefers bigger WRs who can go get the ball. With the state of our OL and McVay over focusing on KUPP early, it wasn’t good.

Heck, McVay admitted he wasn’t involving the other receivers enough until it all went to shut and he had no choice. Turns out Skow and Atwell are legit receivers that need targets.

With a more diverse passing attack set up by a renewed commitment to the run, I see ARob having a big season.

Do we bring back Woods? Heck yeah. OBJ is better, but he’s gonna want a bigger payday and Woods has shown he can thrive in McVay’s offense.

I didn't watch Woods play last year. Did anyone else?

If he still looks good we should be all over this. He knows the system, is liked in the locker room, is a capable blocker, and a good WR with great YAC ability. What's not to like if the money is fair? I don't think any of our young guys are anything special so I have no concerns about blocking anyone. We might be able to get Woods on the cheap. I imagine the market might not be too hot for a WR that is over 30 and coming off a knee injury pretty recently. I am not concerned at all about his lack of production last year. The Titans passing attack is middling and that is even before Tannehill at QB got injured. I'd be more concerned with the tape and how Woods looked. I have no insight into that.

WR3 Van Jefferson has a career average 56.7% catching percentage, he'll be 27 y.o. and is entering his final year under contract. Trade him while we can.
Woods will be 31 y.o. and has a career average catching percentage of 63.1%, last season it fell to 58.2%. My answer is no thanks to the aging vet.
Ben Skowronek has two years left on his contract, will be 26 y.o., and had a catch percentage of 63.9% last season, his first year with substantial targets.
Allen Robinson has 2 years left on his contract, has a career average 58.6% catch ratio which he boosted to 63.5% last year, his first season with the Rams.
Cooper Kupp has a best 73% career average catch ratio, improving every year since his rookie season and had a 76.5 average catch percentage last year.

Get rid of that baggage we call Allen Robinson and go get our boy back! Dude can block and run our jet sweep better than anyone. Not to mention he knows the system.

Come back for one more year to hang with McVay, Donald, and Stafford again before they call it quits.

Woods player all 17 games, had 52 catches at an average of 9.9 yards per catch on a team with bad QB play most of the season.

Still decent but past bringing anything significant to the team.

I'm sure he's still a decent receiver but I don't know what he would bring to the table that the guys on the roster don't already.

Meh. If it was for hella cheap. But I don't want to lose ARob for Woods considering Stafford was finally starting to trust him and use him.

Arob would've outgained Woods decently had he played in 17 games too.

WRs won't matter much if they can't protect Stafford and open holes for the run game.

I think Robinson will have a much better year this year. He improved after Stafford gave him some more looks. I like Woods and wish he gets a good opportunity on a good team. I would close the door completely on Woods but, I doubt he comes back.

Robert Woods would bring a lot to the Rams if the brought him back. He can block, he can catch, and he can run after the catch. But the team has a hell of a lot more film and knowledge of him and Allen Robinson than I do. Neither one looked great catching passes from Stafford, but maybe that was Stafford's fault. Again, I trust McVay on this, although I know players rarely come back to teams that either traded them or cut them. I know, I know... Troy Hill says hello -lol.
