Something I've been thinking about the last few weeks given the new development of such great efficiency out of 13 personnel.

What would have the biggest inpact: a top tier RB or a dynamic speedy WR?

Right now, I'm leaning towards that WR.
I’ll go with RB. Someone who’s a true breakaway threat and also a real factor in the pass game.

Williams is way better than Corrum.... All Corrum does is run into people.
Not what I'm seeing.
He's got more wiggle , burst and top end than KW by far. KW is our tough yardage, power back, if you will.
If they weren't wearing numbers out there, I'd still know who was in the game based solely on that.
Love 'em both, and they're both getting great usage.

The Rams have two nice RBs and I like them...

But.. I just wonder what this offense would look like with a top-tier talent at RB.. it would just be unfair to the league, at this point.
Me too, BUT ......... we do have this really fast kid sitting on the bench...........................?
Lets get a taste of the speed before the season end. Lets see what he has.
I just remember when it was the norm for the RAMS to have a running back like J Taylor.
Big AND fast. No one wants to tackle him and if you make a mistake..... gone.
Lets find a way to get back to that.

I gotta think he’s nowhere near ready in pass protection.. they haven’t even made him active. Would love to see him on the field.

I am greatly enjoying the Williams / Corum combo at RB.

As for Hunter, I think it is worth noting that, as a rookie, Williams played just 141 snaps with 35 carries; and Corum's rookie season was a mere 119 snaps and 58 carries.

Believe pass protection is a huge factor ... Williams is great at picking-up and stoning blitzers, while Corum has been pretty good this year. Should either miss time due to injury, guessing we will see Hunter.

I could swear I’ve seen him dressed on the sidelines. I could be wrong.

I don't think two people view any game the same way.
Yeah but then there's watching and not really watching. Corum is averaging 4.6 a carry which is .1 more than Kyren so not sure where this notion he runs straight forward to get tackled comes from.

Good defense never saw that in these highlights.

Only highlight real I could find that was just him.

Yeah… Blake got stopped for no gain or lost a yard what? twice last game? One was when Havs got blown back into him when he was going to make his cut. The announcers made a point of it. The other I don’t recall what happened. But otherwise, he had some pretty quick hits and ran real well. Take just those 2 runs out and he averages well over 5 yards a carry. I’m not trying to cherry pick here. It’s just that clearly, he didn’t just “run into” people all game as a certain someone said no less than four different times after the game.

Meh. We’re both responding to a pretty ridiculous take. It’s clear to most that not only is Blake not “much slower than Williams” but he also doesn’t just run into people either. I suppose we just can’t see his wisdom.

Williams is way better than Corrum.... All Corrum does is run into people.

I think he's slow (much slower than Williams), has no vision, not a great blocker and has ten thumbs to this point in his career. I noticed the offense went a bit stale in the 2nd and 3rd quarter when Corrum was in the game getting most of the Reps.

Blake Corum (one "r") wears #22.

Where to begin,Corum's 40 time is faster and it jumps off the screen that he's faster. He's known for his vision in the open field. Are you a Ohio fan by any chance???

I think the more carries he gets (over the season so far) the better he looks. We have a two headed monster now. This shit is getting out of control (for opposing defenses). Two #1 WRs. Four quality TEs. Two quality RBs. A much improved OL. And an ancient QB playing like a 27 year old stud!!!!

I'm happy with how the Rams are using them right now. It gets both of them involved, and then you can favor the hot hand with more carries.

Would be nice to see Hunter get worked in a bit though.
