Okay I was told differently. I fractured my leg a feed years back and told people it was broken and some said it’s not the same thing? I thought it was, just depends what it is ( compound fracture etc) is the difference right?Fractured and broken mean the same thing. Only know this cuz I work in that type of job lol
Basically fracture is just the medical term for broken. The type of fracture describes the characteristics of the break. There's greenstick fractures (more common with kids), oblique nondisplaced or displaced, compound, comminuted, spiral, transerve fractures, etc. If ya break a bone, you want it to be a hairline thing or a nondisplaced fracture so they can simply splint/cast that sucker lolOkay I was told differently. So much for Corum being more of a bell cow than Williams.
Looks like my old pile of discarded harebrained theories just grew once again.
Or...could they have played Corum because they have just as much confidence in Rivers as Corum? IOW, Corum is not so valuable that they felt compelled to hold him out. This is why you sit your best players in a game like yesterdays game. Rivers should have been the only back yesterday. Now if KW goes down we are stuck with Rivers.
That’s getting to be a pretty damn big pile.Looks like my old pile of discarded harebrained theories just grew once again.
I don't think Rivers has the moves Corum has. Rivers wasn't the back up to KW Corum was. I think McVay wanted to get him some snaps which is fine but now we don't have him until next season.Or...could they have played Corum because they have just as much confidence in Rivers as Corum? Besides, to my eye, Rivers looks just as good in the offense.
I'm assuming Schraeder will be RB3 now. I'm fine with Rivers as RB2, he's shown enough to get the job done. I would not be surprised by Henderson getting signed to practice squad though. If we were in post season already I could see them bringing in a Zeke or something but they need someone who can step in at a moment's notice and play in this offense.call up Darrell Henderson
We already tried that last season and he retired on us instead.Sony Michel still out there somewhere?
I think it’s more about speed and power. Rivers has moves and, right now, he follows his blocks better than Corum. But Corum has better receiving skills and is more of a threat to break a long one, although we haven’t seen much of that yet.I don't think Rivers has the moves Corum has.
