Especially that owner

Such a mess so much fun to watch. Though I want them to trade us Lawrence before they ruin him
We were within a big thick black mustache whisker of generational ownership ineptitude. Silent Stan changed our fortunes. I swear there must be a Football God as he or she had mercy on our souls.

LaFleur learned and runs McVays version of the Shanahan offense from McVay

Same with Taylor, Coen and OConnel.

They are all part of the Shanahan tree as well as McVay’s.

Morris didn’t learn his defense under McVay and was a head coach before McVay. He learned from Dungy.

By your estimation Coen is from the Todd Bowles coaching tree.

Either way, we obviously won’t ever agree on this topic.
There's nothing to argue about. Morris is on McVay's coaching tree, that's not my opinion it just is what it is
It's bizarre how hung up you are over such semantics.
Just google "Sean McVay coaching tree" and you can argue with the folks who have Morris on it

That’s just some random dude on website. That’s who you are basing your stance on?

Maybe not to you. But the devils in the details.
I just don’t think it’s anything worth getting worked up about. Does anyone really care about coaching trees? It’s nice to think about our own coach. But… meh.

Maybe you don’t. I found it interesting that people get it wrong so often.

Not surprised given the Rams performance in the last couple of drafts. I would expect teams want to get a piece of what they've been doing on the evaluation end.

If Farmer got a GM spot, we'd get two compensatory thirds, one in each of the following two years.
Correct but it would also be what 4 Snead people gone in 4 years? He's getting hit like McVay does.

I think I'd take the compensatory thirds. Farmer isn't the brains of the operation, and I trust Snead to hire scouts to GMing positions and Kroenke to pay for it.

After our three latest drafts, of course we're getting hit like McVay does. But the brains of the scouting operation was always Snead. Remember how we complained when Holmes got nabbed by the Lions? And look what we've done since.
