Nice win overseas.
Being away from home for that extended time and that long flight over and now back has to take it’s toll. Nice to see a win well in hand. I like garbage time.
GO RAMS!

Even though it was a "home" game, they had stayed on the East Coast before traveling overseas. So they haven't been at their homes for a while. Despite that, they played fairly well, got lucky on a few plays but also had a number of questionable calls against them, and won handily. That is worth celebrating. Now they have two weeks to rest up, before going on a 2nd half tear. We'll see what happens, but they are far from out of it. Keep in mind they have two players they traded for who are still being integrated into the team. If either one helps significantly, they should do better in the second half of the season.

We won and I personally never broke a sweat thinking they would come back. Obviously the rams felt the same way and it showed on the field when putting the clamps on the kitty cats.

Our players are human too but y'all need to take a chill pill. It seems like some expect a perfect game.

It's getting pretty damn tiresome to be honest.
Its like I am listening to broken records or cable news... just saying the same shit over and over...

I will take the win but was it me or did the defense seem laikaidaisical for the majority of this game.
Its a tough spot... Playing a winless team, 2 weeks away from home, a lot of roster dusruption, and then with guys ready to get away for a week.

Classic let down game..

I was only able to follow the game via NFL RedZone and ESPN gamecast - so I didn't really get to see any game details. Can someone weigh in on the 2 questions I had coming into the game:
1) What is needed to improve the running game?
2) With injuries/replacements - Is the defense becoming more consistent or less consistent?

No worried about looking unimpressive. Had to travel across the world to play a crappy team right before the bye week. Probably hard to get up for that.

Beating a bad team is a positive step for us dudes. Far better than what happened with Tampa and a crappy QB lookin like Joe Montana against us. Fact is our secondary has improved and should continue to improve as we go forward.

Offensively our kid RB Hendy is taking on more and more and showing he's up for it. Our offense has shown signs of life, they're still producing points at a playoff clip, they just have to make a hard call with Blythe in order to get that run game settled.

Bye week coming up and more improvement to follow. IMO staying the course with a little hope is far better than poking holes in a win.

5-3 let's keep building this thing, lots of good things to hang onto. (y)

Y'all are acting like this D doesn't have injuries and backups or that the Bengals Offense didn't know Wades D.
We still won by 2 tds.

Wasn't what most of us were expecting.. but wins in the NFL can never be taken for granted.

Not calling you out specifically, but what did "most" expect? I saw parts of the game on Redzone this week but looking at the stats:

Goff through for 372 yrds, 2 TDs and NO TOs.

Gurley and Henderson avg over 4 ypc, which is the best so far this year.

Def held them to 10 pts and 5 sacks

And not to mention Kupp!

So what went wrong? Were yall expecting a 50 burger? lol

Seahawks almost let the Falcons come back and have a chance. If I recall correctly the Bengals played a decent game against SF...

Not saying we were great today but the point is it was overseas and I’ll take the W.

The Bengals have played close almost all season. Lost to Seattle by 1 point in week 1. They're a bad team but they're competitive.

Yeah, we definitely had elements of luck on our side.

How they don't come up with one of those INTs, I don't know.

But the OL held up okay. Not exactly blowing people off the ball, but yeah...

I haven’t seen the game yet, so FWIW, I‘ve seen posters across 3 sites losing their minds, deciding that they know exactly who Goff is, as if he wasn’t still developing.

The INT’s? Those have a way of evening out, I guess.

It’s like the Everett tip against the Seahawks. Not really on Goff, in my mind.

More Gurley is “done” posts.

I listened to J.B. Long...it sounded like they sat Gurley in the 2nd half just to reduce his mileage.

Just keep getting better...

More attempts / carries and O line cohesion

I got to see my arguably favourite ram have a monster day (I missed the start of the play on coops long TD ) I was getting beers and running down the stairs as Kupp was running to the end zone I nearly slipped but the beers were safe ... Kupp needs to be resigned easily our best wr

So you didn't watch the entire game. I'll leave it at that rather than get into specifics in the "celebration thread."

Rams currently sitting at #7 in the playoff hunt. More important is that 0-2 in division. Ouch. Gonna have to run the table in those remaining div games.
