So what are everybody's thoughts and/or complaints?

Everybody knows the SEC is the best conference. So why are there 4 Big 10 teams in the top 5?

Alabama beat Georgia but lost to Tennessee and Vanderbilt. Yes, Venderbilt. Georgia beat current #1, Texas but lost to Alabama and Ole Miss. Texas only black mark is that loss to Georgia but they didn't have Tennessee, Alabama or Ole Miss on their schedule. Texas plays Arkansas tomorrow, in Fayetteville. But LSU, A & M and Ole Miss traveled there and won this year. Ole Miss lost to LSU and Kentucky. Tennessee, currently the leader in the SEC, plays Georgia tomorrow. With a win, it would be the first time since 2006 that they beat both Georgia and Alabama in the same season. And as luck would have it, Trevor Entiene is going to miss the game. But will they win? It has been a crazy year in the SEC.

Over in the Big 10, it's business as usual. Ohio St. plays nobody tough except Oregon and Penn St. The toughest game the rest of the season is vs Indiana. And that would be an upset of epic proportion despite IU being 9-0. Why? They haven't beat Ohio St. since 1987 and have gone 0-30-1 since then. In fact, from 1953 to 1986 they went 0-29-1 vs Ohio St,, beat them in 1987 and 1988, then had their latest run. But wouldn't numerology suggest it's time? 0-29-1; 2-0; 0-30-1. Probably time for two straight! Will Oregon go undefeated? They play Maryland tomorrow, have a bye and finish vs Washington. Chances are good Ohio St. beats Indiana and plays Oregon in the B10 Championship Game, which they will probably win. Then they'll get beat in the BCS by Alabama, Georgia or Ole Miss.

This will be an exciting BCS playoff to watch. My bet is, when it's over there will be cries for either a 20 team playoff or a 6 team playoff. Because this playoff format favors the SEC. In truth any playoff, whether it's a 4 team, 6 team, 8, 10, 12, 16 or 20, will favor the SEC. Teams like BYU, Miami and Indiana will be included in the BCS playoff but it'll still end up Georgia vs Alabama. Why don't they make it easy and crown the SEC Champion, National Champion and have good old fashioned bowl games to determine who's #3 on down?

Well, not to nitpick but it isnt called the BCS anymore...
Curious to see how this plays out. A 2 loss SEC/Big10 team that doesnt play for the conference championship shouldnt be in it IMO but Georgia and Alabama will find there way in Im sure
