Just saw this morning, that if Shahid Khan moves Jags within 5 yrs, he would have to donate $25M to the charity of Wayne Weaver's choice. Also, any arbitration over breaking the lease would have to be settled locally, in local courts. Now, a lot of people say that L.A. would happily pay the 25M to get a team out there, but the legal proceedings are another matter entirely. NFLN still seems to think St Louis and Minnesota are the front-runners because of their flexibility in dealing with their leases.

Not trying to start anything (again, I'm not from L.A.), just sayin'.
