We are not the first team nor the last team that is going to put up a second string worthy quarterback to see if he can hack it as a starter.

Case's biggest problem was the same exact problems at Goff had;
Lame receivers.
Lame O line.
No support from the run game.
Receivers dropping passes.
Bad play-calling.
Lame offensive scheme.

Case is a smart scrappy backup quarterback.

I liked him too, he's a backup you can win with if the starter goes down and most backups are pretty bad. When you have a guy like him it's a bonus..........because he's "next man up" if the most important player on the team goes down.
