Does anyone think we might see a surprise trade or two by the Rams before the Trade Deadline?

We have like zero cap room right now. Unless we can get a good too decent edge player for something manageable I dont see that happening tho.

Chase young? The bears might tear it all down maybe some interest in some of there players.

Also the Pats Uche?

I said it last week, I'll repeat it once again :

For Carolina's Brian Burns ...
Our 2025 1'st round draft pick, ... and any combination of Noteboom, Van Jefferson, Brian Allen and/or Brycen Hopkins.

I can’t find the exact interview, but anyone else remember Snead pretty much saying before the season in so many words that they don’t intend on making any big trades or moves unless they end up finding themselves in a position to make a deep playoff push

That being said I don’t feel like this team is one or two guys away. So I don’t see the Rams trading resources this year

An ELITE EDGE would put us into playoff run contention.

That's been the by far LARGEST issue all season. We went toe to toe with SF, should've beaten Cincy and toe to toe with Philly. At the end of the day, the lack of pass rushkng really killed us.

Gotta agree that we need a better pash rush ASAP. QBs have way too much time to tyrow against us.

I doubt it. But if you asked me what we could use, I'd say a more explosive HB to pair with Kyren and an edge rusher. But I don't want a top of the line edge rusher. We should keep our high picks. The candidates who stand out to me are:
HB
Antonio Gibson - Washington
Cordarrelle Patterson - Falcons
D'Onta Foreman - Bears
Jeff Wilson or Raheem Mostert - Miami
Elijah Mitchell - 49ers

Pass Rusher
Carl Lawson - Jets
Markus Golden - Steelers
Preston Smith - Green Bay
Yannick Ngakoue - Chicago

I don't think any of these guys would cost a ton of draft compensation. But we would have to figure out a way to make them fit in our cap. We'd probably have to pay extra for the other team to eat most of the money.

Maybe we should have inquired about Gregory? I know he's a piece of doo doo, but so is our pass rush.

Jeff Wilson and Carl Lawson would boost our depth and probably seem like the most realistic. Bears aren't trading Foreman since he's their only healthy running back at the moment. Also, for some reason Ron Rivera loves Antonio Gibson so I doubt he'll trade him.

Man I would love to see some of the creative stuff McVay could do with Patterson. Atlanta is better than ppl thought but he’s seen a real reduction in his role.
