It IS criminal. It's fraud. And it crossed state lines. This should be prosecuted since it is a federal offense.

Those two should be held accountable.

And here I thought they learned something from the UFL. Everything seemed like it was more stable in the AAF. Sounds like more of the same lies and mismanagement. Little did I know the UFL would last longer!
