True, though I've never understood the thinking that anyone on the roster- starter, second or third string, or PS player should be retained unless they are viable to actually be competent on the field.
I get it that some guys are working to get up to speed for NFL quality, but at some point, if a guy does not show competency, he probably shouldn't be at any level.

If there were any video evidence, I believe that it would have been released. There will be some back-room deals and payoffs will be made, and I still think this case will quietly go away

There's a very real possibility that Jackson is only guilty of allowing the wrong woman into his life x a chance of facing no charges and no ga9mes missed.
If there is a suspension, I fully expect McVay to be crystal fucking clear about how his actions are putting not only his job at risk but this teams big plans for the postseason.
