If they rule a 2nd offense for AJ, its 6 games minimum, you call that short? I think too many here are hopeful vs where I just don't simply trust the NFL. No they don't need to give any teams a heads up about suspensions at all. I think they should as a professional courtesy and have in the past, but that's solely on the NFL front offices to do that. Again, I think you are a fool if you trust their judgement. I'll never trust them after burning the tapes.

6 games for AJ if he's suspended as a 2nd offense of the conduct policy (so badly want to be wrong here by the way) and praying Puka gets a warning but think it may be 1-2 games which will be irritating as hell. Just don't trust the NFL front office at all.
I don't trust them, but I do think the Rams know what to expect. The only people that will be blinded sided is us.
I hope they do know but again, I don't think that's a guarantee. Either way I hope this all works out in the Rams favor regardless.
Maybe I'm missing something but given the criminal justice system said this was a whole lotta nothing and the suspension hammer seems to have already come down, I don't see how you're coming to this conclusion tbh
If .....Its been discussed here that Trost being a reserve for the LT post is a bit of a stretch or a big reach.......who says different? RT/RG/LG is much more of a possibility for Trost but visual evidence of Trost @ LT is not available.

I'm just basing it on the overall feeling after listening to pundits and reading articles. Precedence has been set by previous suspensions. I hope I'm wrong. Losing a starting quality left tackle for 6 games could be a problem. If he is suspended hopefully its not more than 4 games. Regarding Puka, I honestly don't see how they can justify suspending him. But its the NFL so you never know. Consistency across the board is not their strong suit.
Not gonna happen. It’s too late. They would have announced any suspension before now. NFL won’t risk negative publicity before the Australia game. This matter has been settled by the local authorities. No need for the NFL to to do anything. Sorry to break the news but THE SKY ISNT FALLING.
Yeah, ya gotta figure League would give teams adequate time to prepare a replacement. Especially their Flagship Los Angeles team, who rescued the League from a massive sinkhole void in the 2nd largest Market in the Country.
