I guess this is just everybody being in that “fish outta water” scenario because the Rams haven’t drafted a player in the first round since Brittany Spears was more relevant than Taylor Swift.

The 1rst round is different animal. Just the QB element alone is such a huge dynamic that influences every team’s board. After the 1rst, the dust settles.

Great post.
Very true, 1st round has become such a glamour ride, with the "guest pick announcers", focus on players in attendance, prime time TV slotting etc, it just sets up for many teams to get that headline player. The vibe is much more of a roll up the sleeves and go to work on day 3. Still, it is pretty cool to have something to watch for. Draft starts at 8pm (est), 10 minutes each pick, so if the Rams hold on and actually draft at 19 it will be around 11pm EST. Cant get here fast enough

You bastid. Had to read 20 pages just to see what kinda dumb shit I posted on pre-draft players.
 
Carson Beck is not a good QB - if a team grabs him in the first he will be a Kenny Pickett-esque bust
