I was mocking the 2nd photo. It was meant to be a joke. See, I'm a funny guy.

However, apparently not all-the-time.

I will work on some new material.
It always bothered me that the Rams kept Pat Haden over Jaworski, but by 1977 IMO owner Carroll Rosenbloom felt the window was closing on the Rams winning a Super Bowl and made a desperate move to pick up Joe Willie Namath from the Jets, who was old and done with those bad knees.

Again, IMO, they never truly gave Jaworski a shot and I will never understand why. Haden was two years younger, however, Jaws was bigger and had a much better arm, but I know Carroll Rosenbloom though highly of Haden, who they might have thought was more accurate & elusive too.

I have read reports about GM Don Klosterman not thinking Jaworski was very accurate, but the 1975 NFC Championship game will always bother me. After Jaworski engineered a MNF victor over the Pittsburgh Steelers and then an electric playoff victory over the St. Louis Cardinals. Chuck Knox decided to go with a rusty James Harris over Jaworski in the NFC Championship Game in Los Angeles. Harris threw 2 passes the second one being picked off leading to a Cowboy touchdown.

Knox went with Jaworski after that, but the die had been cast. I truly believe the result would have been different if Knox stuck with the hot Jaworski and the team would have responded. Once the Rams drafted Pat Haden, Knox was pressured to play Haden, whereas IMO, Knox felt Harris should be the starter, but was never in Jaworski's camp IMHO.

LOL

Come'On Den... you know our IQ level round here barely exceeds fart joke level.
Last Night I asked my wife what she wanted to do for our 30th anniversary and she replied: "Den, take me to someplace I never been." So I showed her the kitchen.

Heard a doggy style joke about a friend & his wife. He said they love it.

Punch line is the wife rolls over & plays died.

Why do Ram Fans do it doggy style on Sundays. So they both can watch the game.
