Niners secondary sucks. Still think Mannion will heat up once McVay adjusts things up.

False choice friend. You can't say that any of those guys would get hurt. As for my history in LA in the 60's, 70's, and 80's...what can I say, but that I learned to hate the Niners with all my being...*shrugs
And you can't say that they won't that's the point in resting them in a POINTLESS game.

Hopefully Mannion can settle his nerves. He is too hesitant at the moment.

Mannion looking like a 38 year old QB from the 80s who got teleported into a game in 2017. The players are bigger, faster, stronger Sean

Yeah, every throw by Mannion has been awful and he's had open players. Could tell he over threw that pass to Reynolds out of the end zone the instant he let go. That's disappointing.

But at least Fickens kickoffs have been good and the field goal was very smooth and well kicked.

At least we get a taste of what we have at backup qb. So far, a bit worried. Might be worth looking at a developmental backup if someone jumps out this draft or next. Mannion just looks stiff and slow in the pocket. Maybe just rusty?

Any chance we see some of Davis at rb? Seemed to show some speed in the preseason, fumbles aside.

Wow the 49rs and Tom Brady Jr are so great they only scored 10 against our backups with their starters thus far

And I can't say they won't get injured walking around their house, nor can you. These are professionals that play every week and if they played as if the game decided everything, I doubt there would be any serious injuries...Thinking otherwise is magical thinking.
