Post your 3 keys (one rule - don't use turnovers as one of the keys because... too obvious)

My Keys;

1. 3rd down efficiency on offense - we are 8-29 (27.8%) so far in the playoffs. Seattle's defense is good - we will have plenty of 3rd downs and need to do better.
2. The return game. We can't let ourselves get dominated in return yardage or free field position because we are afraid to kick it to Shaheed.
3. Make Darnold beat us. No free extra yards in the run game on early downs - swarm to the ball and no "moving the pile" forward for Seattle.

1. Handling pressure. The thing that has slowed down this offense the most this postseason has been protection breakdowns when teams bring pressure. Both Carolina and Chicago kept bringing pressure with the nickel off the edge, and we really struggled to handle it. Seattle is the very best team in football at this type of pressure. They will have 5 and 6 DBs on the field and at least one of them is going to be coming on every single play. If we don’t handle these pressures well, we will not win.

2. Tackling. We have to get guys on the ground, including Darnold. If we get hands on Walker 2 yards behind the LOS, we have to make sure the next play is 2nd and 12. Not 2nd and 8. When they are consistently able to squirt forward and turn a 2 yard loss into a 2 yard gain, those yards add up. And it reduces the chances of getting them in 3rd and long.

3. Special teams.

1. No Turnovers

2. Get Turnovers

3. Don't Sit On A Lead

I think the biggest key to countering that is a steady dose of Kyren and Corum.

1. Pass pro and hots. Bears caused a lot of issues with their aggression so the Rams have to be sharp from the beginning for a strong start.

2. Stafford bounceback performance. He missed so many passes in Chicago. Needs to play well for us to advance.

3. Stop the run. Darnold in frequent third and longs should end well for us.

1. Special teams- Keep the ball out of Shaheed’s hands. Kickoffs for a touchback, punts out of bounds.

2. Offense - Run the ball early and do not stop running the ball. Get Stafford into easy play action pass situations.

3. Defense - Wrap up. Too many missed tackles the last couple of weeks has kept our defense on the field.
