I get your point but Cousins has a ton more mileage than Jimmy G does. I’d prefer Garoppolo over Cousins.
JMO but I take Jimmy easily.
He is careful with the ball and can hit most throws in stride. We saw it with the 9ers more than once.
Sure, he's no Stafford but who is? Not Cousins either.
For the money no contest, assuming JimmyG is reasonable. Be grateful to have him.
You'd have to change the offense a bit but I think he could move the ball and lead the team for most of a season if necessary.
Hope we don't need him but hope we can keep him.

Which is really weird because the Raiders are famous for making great personnel moves.

I hope that's supposed to be blue font
Well the Raiders have sucked at making decisions since that guy took over that cuts his own hair using a big salad bowl, (Apparently with the leftover salad dressing still in it), so I'll let our learned readers figure it out for themselves. ;)

He's off the sauce and now he's going through that self-righteous part of the 10 steps program.
Troy's probably got a better chance to set their direction than whoever their owner might promote or hire otherwise. I think it's like what's going on with the Raiders with Brady. He's not some amazing GM but he probably has the type of connections to help bowlcut find the right dudes. Though how the fuck they hired Carroll I'll never understand. Unless they thought they were tanking for QB, which did work by the way.

Looking at the Dolphins moves I'd guess that Troy preached culture to them. Because they cleaned the fuck out of that garbage ass locker room. Question is can their new GM stack a roster. And then do they plan to lose this year to pick one overall in the 2027 draft.

I wonder how much of that info was gained through broadcast prep meetings with other teams and being allowed to watch practices etc. Kind of like when Greg Olson was injured but still an active player and they put him in the booth and gave him access to the inner workings of other teams. It is kind of messed up, but the NFL is not known for being an even plYingfield.

I like the idea of adding a 1T. But then again there's gonna be 1Ts in this draft from early on that plug right in for us.
