Not sure if this entire interview was posted. I saw a few quick reels, but this is the entire interview. They just posted it on YouTube Yesterday.

Very good discussion on Rams culture here. Les talks about how fun it is to come to work for the players, but if you are a player who doesn't fit, then it can become very uncomfortable. Meaning they bring in guys who care about football and if you don't, it will show, you will stand out.
