I'll be damned if I'll have a head coach running run and shoot in the NFL.

Raises the floor on a teams offense but the ceiling is pretty low. That's Kliff.
Just curious.
Has he ever left a job with a winning record?
How many winning seasons has he coached? ANYWHERE?

I'm agnostic on LOR... I honestly don't get it
Huge on LotR - the books and the first three movies. It’s probably because I worship Tolkien’s world-building, and think, “If I could have a tenth of his (Tolkien’s) world-building, a tenth of Stephen King’s character development, and a tenth of Edgar Allan Poe’s prose, that would be enough to make me legendary as a writer.”

…Yeah, I love Tolkien’s world-building and there are very few who come close. The man wrote six new languages for his books, wrote the land - to an outstandingly detailed extent - of Middle-Earth and beyond Middle-Earth, and whole lineages for men, elves, dwarves, ents, and the Maiar and Valar; that should tell you how purely dedicated to world-building he was.

And his characters were underrated as well, and the lore behind them makes the movies pale in comparison - and the movies weren’t bad when it came to actor/actress portrayal.

I've read some of your stuff, years ago so I can't remember it specifically, but can remember thinking you're a pretty good writer!
