I know what I want to happen but definitely admit I don't know shit about what will truly happen so I guess that makes me and others on the same level as the media :laugh4:

So if they pick a QB at all, does that mean he becomes the #3. We would have to carry him on the roster or risk someone poaching him. Can Bennet be on the PS and be the emergency QB when we have a QB on the roster but inactive? Assuming Jimmy G is signed.

True. But we'd be saying the same if we lose a playoff match up because we needed more reinforcements at receiver and corner.

I can’t recall the last time we had both starting Tackles play every snap. I CAN recall seeing the difference between noteboom filling in for Whitworth and Acuri or Humphreys filling in—costly.

That’s just the immediate. McClendon will be a FA after this season. What if the Rams can’t afford him? What if he plays below what he did last season?

I’m not advocating the Rams HAVE to draft a Tackle at #13, I just wouldn’t be shocked. I DO however, think one should be picked before day 3.

I agree. I would pick one in the second or third.

Sure sounds like Bennett will only be QB 3/Scout QB from McVay's comments regardless of what happens.

They could. That's one valid argument. The flip side is, they could validly like him but also like other players in that range just as much, and therefore not be too concerned if they miss out on him.

I am not even sure what I want at this point. There are a number of guys I really like that I think could help next year. While there are others that could have a clear path to start in 27' if they have to sit some this year.
