McVay doesn't want injuries. I see that but I think he is being a little conservative when it comes to his OL.

OL is the one position group that really needs to jell with each other and I think 2 series in the preseason would help.

Well McVay (and I) disagree
 
All I know our OL is hurting and not looking good yet. Could McVay be wrong not playing OL a little during the preseason?

I await all the not so sures.

McVay thinks his players get what they need from these joint practices with a reduced risk of injury. It's unlikely anyone could persuade him otherwise.

NFL moves to a 18 game schedule and cuts another preseason game, teams may just need to find ways to get ready in unconventional ways.

Oh I agree but I can disagree with no preseason for the OL. Game action is so different than joint practices and the OL needs to learn how to jell together. They haven't so far.

Stafford is making plays in the second half with a lot of pressure on him. He is coming up big.

McVay just said broken clavicle in his post game press conference, and that he felt horrible for him. Darious will come in for him, and they'll rally around him, Forbes and Durant as their top three corners.

Is there anyone in the free agent market, or is this where Wallace gets more playing time and they bring up Cam Lampkin or AJ Green?

Did I miss them talking about Forbes? He went out to for second half. He kept talking like Durant and Forbes will step up so assuming it wasn't anything serious.

While I’ll agree to an extent. I’m not sure how a few series would make a difference. Stafford definitely had to throw from a messy pocket most of the game and the Texans game. But you have to like his win/loss record in opening games.

Hopefully this season, we’ve gotten through the rust and will do that gelling thing.

Spoon is a big loss. He has been on a great run of form, holding opposing WR1s in check over quite a long stretch. I am not convinced we have any other corners that can do that. But our CB room is decently deep.

Hopefully we can stay healthy from here. Way too many players banged up or only 2 weeks in.

Hopefully Spoon can come back soonish. We really missed him.

This is where we poach a young corner with potential off of someone's practice squad. Personally, I'd go for a little payback with Gladstone, poach Jabbar Muhammad off of the Jaguars practice squad. He's a small cornerback, but plays much bigger, excellent instincts.

Guessing AJ Green or Cam Lampkin get elevated... however I would prefer to take a shot at someone who may have more upside that might be outthere on a PS.
