The Bucs lost Calijah Kancey to a season-ending torn-pec. That's a big loss for Tampa Bay.

Kancey was developing into an impact interior-DL; and was a great compliment to Vita Vea.
Former-Ram Greg Gaines should see a lot more snaps.

I see Seahawks cut Shaquil Griffin.

I know we just signed Tre Brown to make up for losing Witherspoon.

What would u all think of getting Griffin and dropping Brown? Or even Stephen Gilmore?

Brown is younger but Griffin is a previous Pro Bowler.

That is fucking bullshit. This joker should've been suspended for at least one more game. He has a history of off-the-field actions that are detrimental to the NFL's code of conduct (I think indirectly causing two people to die because of his DUI street racing should've at least gotten serious jail time.), and the guy has shown zero remorse for his actions and a level of immaturity that astonishes me.

And now he spit in someone's face - again, without even an apology to Dak or even his team. If you, me, or Billy Bob Joe down the street did it, we'd be facing criminal charges. And he gets fined with money he wipes his ass with, sets on fire, and laughs about it as the biggest suspension?

I think that's the worst joke of all. This clown does not belong on an NFL field after what he did and what he continues to do. Period.
You don't know if he has remorse or not.
The judgement was about this incident that was on the field. Two separate things.
Judging one player in a vindictive way that others may not be is a bad idea.
$60 grand for a little spit.....thats fine, no pun intended.

Tampa also lost one of its top O-Lineman. RG Cody Mauch suffered a season-ending knee injury.

The Bucs had a terrific win on Monday Night but lost two of their best starting linemen for the year ... Yikes!

I think Griffin's time as a quality cornerback may have passed.

Griffin's Pro Bowl season was 2019; and the last time he started double-digit games was 2021.

Just saw two different reports that WR Mohamed Sanu announced his retirement.

Mohamed Sanu has not played in the NFL since 2021 ... 2021!!!!

Should the Rams make a play for CB Denzel Ward? In Philly there is a lot of speculation that the Browns could move him if their season continues to go south.

He is 28. His 2025 base salary is only $1.5M. His base salaries in 26'& 27' are $16M & $17M. So taking on a bigger hit next year, but they will have cap room.

My question is how good is he? I don't focus much on Browns games, but he has a good reputation. Looks like he has stayed healthy for the most part. So just throwing this out there if this is an all-in type move that they should make?

If you can do it for a #3 or a #2 and get a mid rounder back, it may be worth it. Or would it cost more?

It’s an interesting option if he is available.

Eagles fans have been speculating about him because they need a CB. Would hate to see him go there, although their cap situation isn't great next year to take on his salary, but we could. Of course they could redo his deal to make it cap friendly for a year or two as could we.

McCarthy looks like the same timid shit he's always been. Teams need to look past the trappings of the offense and team quality around some of these guys and ask what they do in the crunch. Or ask why is it the coach takes the ball out of their hands in those key moments. Or just wonder wtf they're gonna look like without that elite run game and a small requirement of throws per game as they transition to a far harder league.

Getting the feeling the Vikes may try to tank for a QB. Bastages.

One could argue that they let Reddick go too soon…and they’ve held onto Murray for too long. I would have traded Murray away a year ago.

Anyway, fuck em. Back to the relevant cuts and player moves.

Who could we get in the way of either a decent corner or an O lineman
for 'Big Play' Tutu?

Well given the rabid nature of his support round here we're probably talking multiple first round picks. Because he's a victim in this offense who has been denied the greatness that is his by athletic right.

With each passing game, that 10 mil looking like a horrible investment.

You know, I wouldn’t have minded that investment if McVay actually used him, but even when Tutu has shown flashes, McVay seems constitutionally incapable of doing so. Might as well trade him for an OL.

Honestly I’m not sure why he was ever drafted in the first place.

I don't think it's McVay. IMO, it's Stafford.

Stafford has always gotten locked in on his top 2 options. He's never really been a spread the ball around guy.
