That’s what the Patriots reportedly were asking. I said that if they want a QB then he’s as good as anyone they will get in round three. Maybe better. Apparently the Rams don’t agree.
The Patriots were drunk to even ask for a 3rd. They drafted him 1 year ago for a 6th and he hasn't had a large sample size of snaps to demonstrate increased value. One round up with a 5th was about right.

Does sound like they too less cause Milton wanted to go there. I can't imagine less amounted to much.

I understand them asking for more. This QB class isn't very good. So that could slightly increase a ackyp QBs value this year. Plus teams always try to inflate the price. I think they should have just kept him.

I’d rather trade Stafford back to Detroit for Goff AND give up a first over Dak on a team friendly deal lol dude is a fraud

goff = dak

dak +team friendly+1st >>>> goff at market rate and giving up a 1st

With either quarterback, the Rams aren't winning a ring. At least with a low salary, you can buy players, and the first gives you a chance to strike gold. In either case, we'd need to move to acquire our next franchise quarterback.

It only took 16 days but Spotrac finally pulled its head out-of-its-ass, and figured-out that Cooper Kupp should NOT Double-count against the Rams' 2025 team salary cap ... once is enough.

Spotrac has the Rams with $18.6M of cap space; and $51M of Dead-$
Over-the-Cap has them with $17.7M of cap space; and $51M of Dead-$

Neither site has up-dated for the Stafford restructure, so these numbers are not entirely up-dated.

Both sites have $8.5M of Dead-$ for Jonah Jackson, which is disappointing as the initial (post-trade) reports said the Dead-$ was less than that amount.
