Yeah, I'm confused by how much the Dolphins got from this trade compared to what we got. Maybe Fitzpatrick has some issues, but I thought he was considered elite.

Either the Rams front office wasn't as good back for that trade or the Steelers are that bad now.
We always get shit value in trades, but anytime its mentioned, its rebutted for some reason lol

Dolphins made a steal from the Steelers.

Minkah is a much better player right now than Ramsey.

Ramsey going to Pittsburgh is not a bad landing spot for him. He won't be able to dodge accountability with Tomlin. That will benefit Ramsey, whose biggest problem I think is that accountability.

Also I'm fine going ahead without him. Could have used his run stopping ability in the slot and upgrade overall in the role but the Rams have upgrades rolling in at ILB and maybe one or two of our boys in the secondary step it up. Fact is Ramsey is not who he used to be. He is overpaid as fuck now and maybe we're better off with hungry players who accept coaching.

Two things:
I can’t believe the steelers threw in minca. They didn’t have to do that because Miami was kinda desperate.

I’m glad the Rams did not do this. It was too early to pull the trigger for this kind of player: great for a time and probably still capable of some great football, just not a full season’s worth.

Weddle, obj, and miller were all late pickups and they all played their guts out because they could smell that ring. When was the last time any of those guys played that good for a full season Before or after ‘21? Weddle stunk two years earlier when the Rams asked him to play a full season.

Rams queered the deal. But I agree and think the Steelers will regret including the safety. Though maybe they were irritated with him in-house. Never know with these things.

There were two separate trades here I think people didn't read the tweets.
