Browns RB Quinshon Judkins was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Details around Judkins’ arrest continue to emerge. On Sunday, Sergeant David Soika of the Fort Lauderdale Police Department Media Relations Unit

shared that upon arriving at the scene where the reported crime took place, officers determined after speaking to the victim that a battery occurred, which led to the arrest of Judkins soon after. The rookie second-rounder remained in police custody overnight and is scheduled to have an initial hearing on Sunday. As ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio points out, Judkins is sure to face scrutiny from the NFL under the league’s Personal Conduct Policy, while Florio also notes that “the baseline punishment for a battery is six games,” which can vary based on other factors. Judkins has not yet signed his rookie deal, and will likely take less guaranteed money than he hoped for following his arrest, which could cause a trickle-down effect for the 29 other rookie second-rounders who have yet to sign their deal. Judkins was expected to compete for the Browns’ RB1 spot in training camp, and while he will still get a chance to do so, fantasy managers should remain open to the possibility of a suspension being handed down at some point this season. In any case, Jerome Ford rookie Dylan Sampson would both see slight boosts to their fantasy stocks if Judkins were to miss any time.

And now it all starts making sense. The nfl are good at solving problems.

Judkins was a clean prospect. Crazy to assume that. More likely McVay simply wanted a TE here. Regardless, Judkins is a dumb ass for getting caught up like this. We'll see wgat details spill out regarding his fuck up.
Not crazy at all. That’s a big part of what that test is for. It weeds out the dummies, the low character guys, the guys that lacks heart. They are looking for high character leaders. It’s not likely that a guy who beats his girlfriend would pass the test. If you doubt it, just consider the drafting success since implementing it.

I think it's weird to assume that's why the Rams passed a running back that otherwise was a clean prospect with zero history of any run ins with the law. I really think the Rams wanted their TE as they tried more than once to get one high (ex. Kincaid, Bowers). Kinda doubt Judkins was a real target of theirs considering when they decided to go after a running back. Running backs with sketchy backgrounds don't go high in the 2nd round.

Yeah that's some freaky shit there. Guess they pissed off some voodoo woman when they moved from Cleveland to Baltimore over night :laugh1:
I saw one Browns fan on another site so fed up with the ownership and the leadership he wants the team to leave Cleveland again and never ever come back LOL

Yup, but honestly I'm not gonna blame them for an individual being a dumbass on their own even though its fun to :laugh1:
And just how many dumbasses do they have to draft/sign before it’s considered a trend and we start to wonder about their due diligence vs many other teams? Some teams have their WTFs but the Browns have made a science of it.
