Why do Yankee fans bring step ladders to the games? To get over high expectations.

What do you call a Yankee player with a championship ring? A senior citizen.

Eleven, Stu. E-fucking-leven. And counting after a small rebuild. I recall your Dodgers sucking mightily as well. Every team goes through a rebuild. Before 2023, we didn't have a losing record since the 90s. And we got one of the best players in that draft.

But again, we only have less World Series trophies than the Yankees. So, uh, yeah.

You do realize that with all of that money, all of those huge signings, you still only have one WS to speak of in this century? And it won't be two, because Juan Soto and Aaron Judge are gonna go ham on your asses.

Very true. But with your latest pennant, you've been there 4 times in the past 8 years, which is something to hang your hat on. But to only have 1....uno....Championship to show for it seems a little underwhelming. Hell from 1950-1958 the Dodgers were in the series 4 times. And Brooklyn had 1955. The question has to be asked....is 2020, the covid season.....the LA Dodgers 1955?
