I think EVERYBODY on here, not just "those of us", wants the Rams to win. It's not about what we want. I'm all for objectivity. I don't mind discussing things. In fact, I enjoy discussing things....the roster, the talent, the prospects, the cap, the coaching.....with folks who have an open mind. But too often, far too often, that's not the case on a sports forum. And I'm not of the prevalent delusion, my viewpoint is the right one. We need to be concerned. About the roster, talent, etc.. If we're being objective, we shouldn't be convinced about anything. Optimism and pessimism are behavioral traits, not objectivity.
Who had Jacksonville AND the NY Giants in the postseason last April?
Who had the 2021 Patriots and Eagles in the postseason in April 2021?
Will those 3 people please identify themselves?
Truth is, we know all the cliches. "It's the NFL. There's a fine line between this or that."
We know all the right jargon. "It all starts up front" or "Defense wins Championships".
And year after year we refuse to pay them any mind. Or pay them too much mind. Does anybody here know how well or poor the Rams D or Rams O are going to be this year? Absolutely not. Does anybody know how good their opponents are going to be this year? No. So going by this, based on that, accepting this might occur, we can say with absolute uncertainty, this is what's going to happen.
So let's just
objectively discuss where we're heading.
Right now, it's the draft.
