According to pro-football-reference, in 11 games and 243 snaps, Von Miller has 2 solo tackles, 1 assisted tackle, 3 QB hits, 2 hurries and 0 sacks. That's kind of amazing.
By comparison, the Rams' Mr. Irrelevant Desjuan Johnson has played 73 snaps, with 4 solo tackles, 3 assisted tackle, 2 TFL, 1 QB hit, 1 hurry and 1 sack. I am intrigued by Johnson who I think has flashed in limited snaps.
The best things Von provided for the Rams was always setting the edge and never giving up containment or missing tackles.Von benefitted as much from AD as anyone has. He was still amazing when we needed him and was an integral part of that championship team. Kudos to Les for getting him and OBJ when he did. I don't think the Rams have that hardware without both of them.
Was a big fan of his and Kobie pre draft, knew Deshaun would take some work though.By comparison, the Rams' Mr. Irrelevant Desjuan Johnson has played 73 snaps, with 4 solo tackles, 3 assisted tackle, 2 TFL, 1 QB hit, 1 hurry and 1 sack. Gotta wonder if he just took the money but does not really want to play in Buffalo and is just completely mailing it in. Those numbers are not even close to NFL level. Endless UDFAs could give you better production. I know he is past his prime, and has had some injuries, but this is a hall of famer here. Not like he's that far removed from playing lights out for the Rams.According to pro-football-reference, in 11 games and 243 snaps, Von Miller has two solo tackles, 1 assisted tackle, 3 QB hits, 2 hurries and 0 sacks.
