But that's the thing. If someone comes into your zone you don't necessarily see the whole play through. Perhaps you thought you saw something, but it's a matter of trusting the other official to do their job. Often times you'll see officials gather to discuss a call, they are often talking about those types of plays to see if one official's foul was seen by another.
