Well I was wrong about teams reaching for QBs, thought someone would take one earlier and teams would freak. Really interesting that the Steelers had their choice and took Pickett, didn't see that coming.

Thought the Titans dealing AJ Brown and replacing him was pretty cool. Shitty situation but I thought they handled it well.

I don't like that Green Bay loaded the DL. That's a really good strategy for taking us on IMO.

Congrats to Lovie on a great first round. Scooped a stud in Stingley and boosted that interior OL too. And Brad is off to a good draft too in getting Hutchinson at 2, I think Jax made a mistake in that decision but we'll see.

Agreed! Hutchinson just seems like a guy that has what it takes to succeed and a very low risk. How good he becomes I can't say but I see very little chance for him to be less than a good or better starter for many years barring injury.

Heh.....Booger McFarland just said that Warren Sapp is the best 3 tech in history. Aaron Donald says hey.
Yeah I know Sapp is in the Hall and it is well-deserved and all but when AD finally hangs 'em up there ain't going to be any doubt who the best 3 tech or any tech of all time is.

So OG is one of the 4-5 positions we’re looking at for the top of our draft. Guessing CB and OLB/edge are two others. maybe TE & possibly RB round it out

well, the steelers had their choice of a QB from Pitt in 1983 , wasn't it ? gabe rivera was good, but with bradshaw pretty much having a career ending elbow injury, dan marino, or heck even ken obrien would have been an upgrade to the qb spot. so maybe this time they decided not to pass on the 1st round rated pitt qb. i do miss the "shitt on pitt" t-shirts classmates wore and got in school suspensions for doing so during gym class ( not in the hallways mind you) .

6 WR
5 OT
5 Edge
4 CB
3 S
3 OG
2 DT
2 ILB
1 C
1 QB

0 RB, 0 TE and only 71 picks to go before the Rams select!! We'll see a good number of WRs, CB, OT, QB and DTs among that 71. Prolly a few RB and TE too. We should have a good RB, TE or OG available at 104 or lower.

And QB Jared Goff
train
He's no Matt Stafford, but we've seen what the kid can do when surrounded with great talent.
That said, there are only 13 picks in the 2nd round before Detroit is on the clock again (barring any trades) and with Willis, Corral and Howell still out there, Jared isnt out of the woods yet.
