Let JJ, Everett and Fox go. Make Floyd a decent offer and give DW a 1st round tender and get ready for the Draft.

That's basically how I feel. Also, let Reynolds walk.

I want to give Williams a first round tender and definitely re-sign Gay. The RFAs and ERFAs will all be signed.

I'd be shocked if we re-signed Floyd. He'll take a multi-year deal somewhere, and deservingly so. JJ3 is also gone or sure. With those two leaving, we'll likely get two third round compensatory picks next year. Fox is another who will likely leave for a starting job, and I can see us getting a compensatory pick for him if he has a big enough contract. Hill could leave for a big payday. Brown's also likely gone, along with McQuaide; I can't see us re-signing an aging long-snapper for a huge contract. Ebukam will leave on a prove-it deal for another team, and personally, I don't re-sign Rivers.

Reynolds, Everett, and Blythe can go the fuck away. Bonamego can go the absolute fuck away as well before he screws up our special teams more. And Forbath being released is a foregone conclusion.

I'd explore trading A'Shawn Robinson for a fifth round pick; Havenstein for a fourth. We need to cut salary, there will be teams interested, and - on the D-line - we have depth in Hoecht and Jonah Williams, who both show potential. And we don't need a nose tackle with SJD and Gaines, along with Brockers on third downs. Here's hoping that Brewer opts back in this season.

As for the draft class, I see a lot of depth everywhere except the D-line (lone exceptions being Daviyon Nixon (Iowa) and Jay Tufele (USC). - both of whom will be first round picks), especially on the offensive line. There are a lot of centers available if we don't move Corbett; Josh Myers (Ohio State) is my favorite of those, but we likely don't get him unless we get really, really lucky.

If possible, cut Blythe. We need to strengthen the interior of the Oline

Definitely bye-bye to Everett and JRey. Just not enough consistency from those guys. Although I hate to see him go, bye-bye JJ ... this is more of a business decision since he's a quality player who I like, but we can't afford what he'll ask for and we have depth at the position. Tender Darious Williams for sure.

Blythe is probably gone, and we need to bring in a stud C or a stud G and move Corbett to center. Getting the OL up to being at minimum a top 10 unit has to be the biggest priority. So many other things on offense will fall into place if we can do that.

Of course the 49ers will go after him hard. We cant allow that to happen if he's available. Overpay if necessary.

We might not be able to with our salary cap situation. For the 49ers, they would get their QB, but after losing their DC and then losing their best defensive player, that unit is going to take a big step backwards should that trade happen.

I think salary cap wise it could work, that's not the issue. They're going to get 2 first round picks minimum, in addition to other picks/players. A team like San Fran is going to have to give up a ton because at #12, they likely arent getting the QB replacement

the thing about Floyd is he only excels when playing next to Aaron Donald. He's not really capable of making a play on his own (as we saw tonight). Im not sure we should reward that.

Oline.
Oline.
Oline.
If we had a good one we would've went to the sb. I love floyd but I much rather get oline help. The entire offense depends on it to much to continue going cheap on it.
