I’m going to just get it out. It appears McVay decided all the 10-6 Rams needed to contend for a super bowl berth into the playoffs was a change at QB and some gazelles at WR. We didn’t need the #1 defense anymore. We didn’t need a better IOL. We don’t need another Edge. We are good. In McVay we trust.
Disagree.

Sometimes they have a guy in mind in the later rounds...

We rocked Round 6 last year...

Doesn't matter how we view the draft... only that we win in the end...

Nah. We got a huge upgrade at QB which is very important.

But I'm pissed about the trenches. How do they not see our issues there.

I FREAKING DON’T understand how The Heck you don’t see The Rams offensive line Depth ?? This just proves my point. I was all in on Landon Dickerson mainly because he could sit out a season to learn & get right. In 2022 The Rams gave Cap to figure it out.
I’M A HUGE NOTEBOOM FAN!! I’VE Even said he could be The Rams starting LT this season ? He was The Rams starting LT in 2020 after coming off a Knee Injury. IMO he only gets better.

BTW, Schwartz is faster AND bigger then Tutu. Not that I'd want him in the 2nd either though, but MUCH more appropriate in the late 3rd. Guess Cleveland values value.

I’m not talking one pick. It’s selling multiple 1sts for a QB with the exact same rating as your younger QB and then using your 2nd on a non starter.

it’s asinine. Blowing through draft picks like the Mike Martz Regime.
You're talking about destroying a franchise. That's an incredible opinion and you're entitled to it.

How on Earth did you survive the truly dark days of the 90's and post Martz-pre Fisher?

If Meinerz is there at 103 and we don't take him I'm gonna pass out
I'm gonna mail a sternly worded letter along with as many Quinn Meinerz belly pictures as I can find on the internet. And I'm going to send it with tracking just to make sure they receive it.

I had Subway for dinner too. It was good but Joe Biden wasn't part of the Mars flight last month so not sure why Tom Brady didn't retire.

Well, Molden can play any CB spot and safety. It's less about immediate need and more about preparing for the future and having depth. But yeah, we're not desperate. Molden is just a fucking good player. Frankly, I'm much more pounding the table for Quinn Meinerz. We need interior OL help. If we don't need it this year, we're likely going to need it next year.
And really, ask yourself, does Molden help us this year? The answer is likely yes. Does Tutu? Thats unclear and certainly a much bigger question, but history suggests someone that small doesn't produce much.

Well that makes my point about Stafford vs Goff. The Rams are comfortable with there offensive line.

I’m sure Stafford will by time & find guys open a lot more than Goff.Plus they will be another season of experience & depth.

Chandler Brewer sat out is better than a NCAA guy sitting out 2020 Imo.

Zero pro bowlers and zero all pro players drafted by mcsnead. To say they drafted "very well" is a stretch. More like mediocre.
One of the highest percentage of home grown players and one of the youngest rosters on a consistent contender = good drafting.

And that is while also trading #1's for established star players which limits chances for easy all pro type picks.

If they don't take a CB it probably means they like Burgess in the slot. He does offer great run support if he can do it which means Ramsey won't need to move inside for run support but only when they get a really nasty matchup.

It also may mean they intend to try to keep Williams.

That’s the numbers I see. if that’s accurate then someone f#%ed up bad on trade value. The need to get out of that house now as it looks like there may be a gas leak and it’s ready to blow.

I also want him. But the NFL - not just the Rams - are indicating that he was overhyped.

IMO we'll be drafting an IOL with at least one of our next four picks

Molden helps us. Tutu probably does to some extent.
