That's when they don't know any way to describe him that makes the player sound good you go with versatile or journeyman/veteran. :)

He's very very 1 dimensional as well. Good run defender but borderline terrible in the passing game.

Rosen should go to Tampa. Sit on the bench and learn for a few yrs. Learn the game and observe the leadership skills of Brady while being under a great offensive minded coach.
