Wow just wow. We went all in on Wentz. If that is good or bad not sure yet. Can't say I'm a little nervous that a lot of picks.

We will with a QB that doesn't constantly but the D in horrible positions and gives the D a decent lead to play with. Top 10 D here we come !

Don't like this decision at all. So what if we get Goff or Wentz. Who's he gonna target? Our WRs and TEs are mediocre at best! Could have signed at least one offensive free agent if this was in the cards, right? Stedman Bailey may be our best receiver, and he's been shot in the head. Gonna be hard to find that #1WR in the 4th round. Are we going to wait to next year? Hell, I've been doing that for 12 years now.

All I can say is, I hope Wentz is worth it. A franchise quarterback is definitely worth it. But is Wentz a franchise quarterback? I hope they're right. That is a lot to give up for a guy who's going to be handing off a lot.

I'll be honest, I want Wentz or Goff but this is a lot to give up. Those two 2nd rounders could be immediate starters as well.
Guess time will tell. Hope there is some other things in the works as well. We still need more on offense.

guys how often have we said that a good QB elevates the play of others round them ..... a legit QB prospect plus our run game with Gurley and our D ?? I see god things a happening

I am cautiously optimistic on this.

First off, Im not a huge fan of any of these QB and not crazy about trading the farm for any of them.

That being said, I do trust the FO and their ability to evaluate talent. If they really believe (assuming Wentz) is the guy then you go for it. Fact is if he becomes one of the top 10 QB's in the NFL over the next 5 years then it would be a steal for the Rams.

Rams are a QB away from being a playoff team, the window will be closing shortly on the defense so they need to get their QB now.

If this doesnt work out then the franchise gets set back another 3 or 4 years but its been set back for 15 years now.....its worth the gamble lol.

Well they most likely wont be able to get a #1 wr this year but they could take a chance on a boom or bust receiver and hope hes a boom. Maybe Moritz in the 4th. The biggest hole now that will be hard to fill is a pass catching TE.
 
and on another plus note I can actually sit up late watch the rams pick and go to bed at a reasonable hour as opposed to most draft years where im still awake at three in the morning and needing to be in work in 4 hours time
