While, I know the NFL wants to introduce the NFL to other Countries and build their Fan Base, personally I hate to see the Rams lose that one Home Game Advantage (Supposedly, A Home Field Advantage!). I guess I am greedy but I would prefer that the Rams play all their Home Games in Los Angeles!

The outnof country games are stupid.
The Rams have been playing them more often than not year to year and I suspect was part of the deal to get them back to LA as I can't imagine any owner likes his team having to play in them.

I personally love it. Different atmosphere, different vibe. And it's cool to see international fans get to watch it live.

Unsurprisingly, I'm pretty keen on the games in London.

I've had the opportunity to see our Rams 3 times (v Pats, v Giants and v Cardinals) and greatly appreciate those opportunities.

The Rams are obliged to play out of country as part of the relocation to LA, as are all teams relocating, playing in temporary stadiums or hosting Super Bowls.

Jacksonville have committed long term to playing at Wembley, London as they make more money from commercial opportunities (Boxes and Premium Seats) from that one game than they do the rest of the seven home games in a season.

I love the international games as well! It breaks my heart I’m not going to be able to make the Mexico City game next week!

It exposes our team to many different fans who would normally lean to other sports teams. Also it pretty rewarding financially as well. If it gets the team back to LA and commits to playing an international gane for 10 years so be it. At least their commitment is almost done in 2020.

Why do the Rams always seem to lose a home game on these... give 'em an away game swap next time.

It was part of the deal to allow them to move to LA - they play internationally every season as the home team until the new stadium opens.

I'm surprised some of the less well off teams don't clamor for being the home team internationally. Besides expenses, the home team gets compensated as if it were a sell out at home. Makes their season ticket package a little cheaper, too, with one less game - probably makes it easier to sell them.

I love it, because it's easier for me to see the Rams playing in London than in LA when you're from France

Thanks for the thorough explanation. Sounds like a reasonable deal. (y)

The other factor is the number of games played at the coliseum. USC and the Rams both using it obviously is not great for the field quality. The fewer games played on it, the better.

I hate out of the country games. Most of them are not time zone friendly for us to watch. It’s America’s game. I prefer to watch it played on American soil, in an American time zone.

I also worry about terroristic strikes on foreign stadiums.

When home field becomes a huge advantage for us, I’ll probably be annoyed by losing a home game.

As it is now, I kind of like the novelty of it.

Now i'm living in Japan the Uk games are on in the late evening which is convenient for me.

I understand how you US-based guys feel though.
