Lot's of giving-up and throwing-in the towel in the 1st and 2nd quarters by some ROD fans today. We going to be scared little children who bail on our team when they go 3-TD's down, or are we going to demonstrate that we have as big juevos at Coach Fisher and believe in this team until the end? I know where I stand, what about YOU?

No one is giving up.

The performance (particularly on the defense) has been bad 2 straight games.

I'm just so frustrated with the defense. They just give it to the offense. They make it SO damn easy for the opposing offenses..

Fuck no, I ain't no whiner. Gotta look at the big picture. Many positives today that will carry us on our road to the playoffs.

We never gave up and we aren't gonna start anytime soon.

The Rams will put an ass-whooping on the cowGirls next week, write it down.

This.. Sam should have seen the LB right there. Throw it away, I don't know whose to blame.. If it's Sam or Schotty. The game was there for the taking and the defense bends to the point of breaking far too much.. Long other than a few hits provided very little. He should have sat in order to bring the heat.. Finnegan is being erased completely from this defense, Why isn't his impact being felt like last year? Where he was lined up as a JOKER. Now he's just a slot CB with no to very little use.

Our defense was suppose to be the back bone to our team. We cried for our offense. Now that we have it, So it seems our Defense completely craps the bed.. The soft zone and the lack of knowing what other teams like to do is getting annoying. We have very talented players on this defense yet they all look bad at times...

Only positives from today were Mcloud, Quinn and the Interior Dline for shutting down there run.. Growing pains were expected from Tree.. That's not a problem, But much more is expected from James Laurianits who doesn't seem like the same LB from his rookie year to his 3rd.. Somethings gotta give and I hope we figure it out sooner rather than later because our schedule is a gauntlet.

Much is expected from Sam as well.. For years we cried for protection and he finally has it, So why settle for the short stuff? Specially when it's being covered. Things like that just infuriate you because just when you think you're taking 1 step forward, You're actually taking 2 steps back. I won't even mention the pitiful performance by our ST's. Just flat out disgusting.

I am terrified of the things Dez will do to us and Witten as well. We should win that game but knowing us, We'll find away to shoot ourselves with a Bazooooka. I'm sick of moral victories. We need actual wins.

While there may have been a little too much checking down early in the game Sam still ended up with 352 yards and 3 TDs. And the INT was absolutely on DR. I like Richardson as much as the next guy, but if a ball hits you in the hands and numbers you should catch it.

To be fair they did get an ACTUAL win last week.

The play would have resulted in a negative play my friend... Not to mention the possibility of a pass behind the LOS setting up for a fumble. Plays like that are just bad in general. Throw it away and live to fight another day.

We were at home.. Today's victory would have been so much sweeter. But yes you're right. But It was almost the same gameplan as last week.. I do give Bradford props though for bringing us back. But we need that Sam from 1-2-3-4 QTR's. Not just the second half.
He's in his 4th year already and a lot is expected.. He can look like Brady at times and others he'll leave your head scratching.

Not arguing that it was a poor idea to throw it there or not. But the point stands that the ball hit him in the hands and he dropped it. If he catches it we lose 2 yards and live to fight another day as you say.

I also have to imagine Bradford thought there was a chance DRich makes the guy miss and picks up 5-6 yards.

The defender had the angle.. It was a bang bang play and DR isn't known to break tackles as we saw today. He was being stoned wall by single defender. Not his fault, Dude is a good player.. His pass catching has improved ten folds from last year however.. But for plays like that why not have Pead in? He seems like the natural pass catcher.. Ehhhh. No point in even arguing it, Just hope that the team learns from it.. It's all you can ask for anyways.

I see you like fighting the good fight. I have this same issue with fellow Ram Fans as well, Im still shocked so many Ram fans thought we were buried last week. It actually still bothers me, since I was the one being questioned..for being delusional at halftime..and this week, I didnt even bother posting online..and now Im here.

Stranger..your +1 in my book, 1st impressions last a life time :plus1:

Broncos had over 115 yards in penalties today. At least we didn't eclipse that. :sly:

Chat is a different way to participate. I agree... the ebbs and flow of each game makes chat too reaction-based for my taste, mostly.

But; I'm glad our chat room is active and it works for many.

At the same time; I find our fan base pretty quick to fear the worse. We need to get stronger mentally. Winning will help. So will just being a tad more patient.
