This is what it felt like for Rams fans after the opening day loss against the Vikings, plus we were at home for that embarrassing game. Utter hopelessness. Oh, and throw in the Chiefs game as well.

SMFH!!!!!

Really quite embarrassed to be a Raider fan today. And no this doesn't change how i feel about my Raiders. But damitt this is a all consuming embarrassment. I hope we can gain some kind of respect back for the players and fans. This first half performance may be the worst performance i have ever seen watching football...ever. One more vent of mine is the complete disaster our coaches are doing, its definitily not all on them, but between play-calling and personnel descions this is just a world class failure. Im sorry for this poor excuse of a post and topic. I've just never been this down on my team since i first became a fan.SMFH!!!!-
----------
This team is an absolute laughing stock! It is unbelievable the amount of money these guys, coaches included are getting paid and perform like this. It is so infuriating as Raider fan who spends money on GamePass just to be so miserable watching these jokes. This team is so pathetic. To have ten days off after an inspiring win and to come out like this is just tuck up man. It is literally fuked up.
---------
Nothing wrong with this post and topic. What else is there to talk about?? There's no silver lining in this loss. Complete and utter domination. How we come out this flat is beyond me. Reggie's job is on the line. If they finish with this kind of effort down the stretch, he will get the axe. I have posted several times that the players & coaches need to save him. Today, the players & coaches are drilling another nail in his coffin.
---------
This should be unacceptable.

AtkinsonIII is making boneheaded decision and Carr continues to suck.

Looks like their having a SB hangover lol. 10 days to prepare for the Rams and they look lost.
---------
That's why there's no excuse for today. It didn't help that we're HANDING OFF THE BALL TO MJD! That's POOR coaching. It's one thing to lose a hard-fought battle. 52-0? That's not a battle, that's getting raped. I saw they even pulled Carr because there was no sense in getting him killed, especially with the way the game had gotten out of hand. Embarrassing.
----------
Everyone should give their check back today. Mark Davis was robbed of his money today.
---------
This was beyond pathetic. This was a humiliation of the highest order. I'm mildly considering switching fan allegiances to a team whose ownership actually gives a f*cking sh*t about winning games, 'cause Mark obviously doesn't and I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to root for the death of a fellow human being (Carol Davis) to force Mark to sell to a competent owner.
---------
Man, we played bad......everyone played bad.....

Schaub at least threw a TD.
---------
all season ticket holders should be refunded their money for the remainder of the season, or compensated in some other way, for this embarrassment of a "team."
---------
In the Miami game there was hope that we would win and the season MAYBE could be salvageable (meaning 6 wins or more)

This game was a complete utter domination and embarrassment of the highest order on an already crap season when we finally won our first game. What a total let down from last week. I heard the team came back on practice on Monday so the team basically had 3 days off of no practice and it totally showed. Wow that was bad.

Raiders vs Rams final score: Raiders with epic plummet back to earth in 52-0 shut-out

So much for momentum. The Raiders, coming off a big win over the Chiefs in front of a National TV audience on Thursday night, came out looking as bad as they ever have. It wouldn't get better either and the Raiders would be completely routed 52-0 at the hands of the Rams.

They got the ball first and with a two deep incompletions from Carr and Darren McFadden running for no gain, it was a three and out. Then the Rams started their drive at their own 41 and drove right down the field 59 yards to score on a 35-yard screen play to Tre Mason.

After yet another three-and-out by the Raiders' offense, they nearly got a break with a muffed punt from Rams return man Tavon Austin. But the Rams recovered it. Then the Rams yet again drove right down the field for their second touchdown on two consecutive drives to begin the game.

This time the Rams needed to go 78 yards. No problem. Shaun Hill went 4 for 5 on the drive with passes of 8, 13, 16, and 34 yards. Then from two yards out, Hill finished it off with a bootleg run for the touchdown. It was getting out of hand quickly a 14-0 Rams lead midway through the first quarter.

Raiders went three-and-out for the third consecutive time to begin this game. Raiders backs have three carries for 2 yards with Marcel Reece not having carried the ball once. Even with a third and one, the Raiders went to the air.

The Rams then came back and drove for another touchdown. They began the game with three straight touchdown drives while the Raiders began with three straight three-and-outs.

Each time the Rams scored, it seemed easier than the last. Want proof? The next time they got the ball, Tre Mason got the ball on first down and took it 89 yards for the score. Rams were then up 28-0 with 11:14 left in the second quarter.

The Raiders could have gotten on the board on the previous drive. They not only got their first first down of the game, but they drove into scoring position. They went with Darren McFadden on third and one instead of Marcel Reece who won the game for them late last week, and McFadden was stuffed for a loss. Then they went for it on 4th and one, instead of letting Sebastian Janikowski attempt a 55-yard field goal. Reece was called for a false start and they opted to punt. But instead, they remained scoreless and then the Rams added to the assault with their fourth touchdown.

Running 89 yards on first down was just too far to go. So, Derek Carr threw up an easy interception to give the Rams the ball in scoring position. They quickly punched it in for a touchdown and a 35-0.

But just to add insult to injury, the Rams continued to pour it on. And they weren't hardly even trying. The Raiders turned the ball over three times in the second half. First Marcel Reece fumbled, then after the Rams put another touchdown on the board to go up 42-0, the Raiders took out Derek Carr and put in Matt Schaub.

Schaub would fumble on his first drive, the Rams would add a field goal to go up 45-0. Then Schaub would throw an interception that was returned 43 yards for another Rams touchdown and the final score of 52-0.

On the heels of the Raiders first win of the season, they had probably the worst loss in franchise history. That is a firey plummet back to earth. They are now 1-11 on the season with all winning teams remaining on the schedule.

Derek Carr wasn't done giving the ball to the Rams. He would throw another interception on the next series and the Rams would add a field goal for a 38-0 lead. And the game was over by halftime.

suckery
please do not copyright the word, I want to use that soon.
---------
Worst performance I've ever seen
What an embarrassment

And now the shitshow is fucking over!
It’s Time to Purge and Burn Baby! FIRE EVERYONE NOW!!!

I just don't know how much more

I can take…

That bag holds 53, right?
She might need another bag for the coaches
----------
at least it smell like peanuts
Raiders games smell like shit.
---------
Soooo....
Was that the worst loss in franchise history? NFL history?

I literally can’t imagine what a team would have to do to look less competitive.
---------
I'm done with carr
biggest reason we lost every game is part of his fault, he is the checkdown master. Mariota has to be the #1 pick. How in the fuck its 3rd and 16 and u throw to Jones for 3 yards. Mini A-rod? Fuck no, not even close, big arm and doesn’t even throw downfield, what a waste. Cooper will not help Carr, why he doesn’t take chances smh
----------
Still in between on him, it's hard to say what we have.
He has no offensive coordinator, no weapons besides a number 2 in james jones, but he does check down way too much and throws the back shoulder fade too much. Who the fuck knows what we have?

Other then that fuck this staff and half the players on this team, they quit right away. Worst raiders team I have seen in my 29 years and that is saying a lot.
----------
It's a mixture of everything....
Play calling, coaching, Receivers, Rookie QB not playing well, put it all in a pot, stir it up and you get 52-0…
--------
Schaub got sacked the same amount in 10 minutes than Carr did all game, and turned the ball over the same amount, and checked down as much or more.

Damn rookie QB’s.
---------
Did you watch the receivers at all?
Seriously?

Nobody was close to open (that I saw… Though was not watching that closely in the second half).

What do you want the guy to do?

That said, I’m not completely sold on him. Really hard to tell with the crap we have around him. Especially the zero yard specialist himself… Mr dmc.
---------
I really did not see this coming
I didn’t necessarily think we’d win this week but 52-0? Ugh…
--------
The players played like they didn't give a fuck....
This is the worst coaching staff in the NFL, Mark and Reggie need to clean house and bring in a competent coaching staff, these guys are a damn joke…..

...and you thought I sucked?

If the Rams are a decent indicator?
Then yes, 2 drafts away, they have 6 first rounders in their starting front 7.

Raiders new logo?
---------

Our coaches were a little off today
4805845_orig.png

---------
It's not all on Carr, he was sacked 6 times

and hurried a lot more, having to throw the ball away several times. His receivers ran the wrong routes several times and looked out of sync. And he didn’t get a strong performance from his running backs, certainly not the one he got from Latavius Murray last week. But Carr did not look good. He wasn’t as accurate as i’ve seen and seemed to go back to being flustered and not setting his feet at times. This was a complete team meltdown, on both sides of the ball.
----------
Just when I think the Raiders have bottomed out

They go and prove me wrong with a performance like this. The the silver lining for me is that Tre Mason is on my fantasy team and winning this week puts me in the playoffs. So thanks for taking one for my fantasy team, Raiders…
----------
shit-pocalypse, shit-blizzard, the final shitment

ill keep trying but I doubt I can find words for this
----------
That was just sad

The one thing Spo could say is that the guys always played hard for him. But this game right here…good lord. Even if the Packers did that to us it would be an embarrassment. But the Rams? They’re a solid team with some real talent, but they shouldn’t beat Alabama or Oregon 52-0.
--------
From a decent game last week to a descent ... into hell

Sure, but now we're in the present and I will squeeze every ounce of enjoyment out of this victory, as should every Rams fan who's suffered through these last many seasons of gloom and doom. Just wished it would have been against the 49ers.

It sounds like many Rams message boards after an ugly loss. Full of hate and bile and a bunch of bullsheet.

I watched the game at a Raiders fans house today, I did kind of feel bad for him because I've been there done that.
Sure is a WHOLE lot better than the other way around

I'd be very happy to see the Rams take Carr off their hands.

Hope he realizes that Mariota is as bad of a checkdown master.

I went to the game. I actually had guilty feelings looking at the Raiders' fans sitting motionless and in shock...

...then I yelled "YOU SUCK! HAHAHAHA!" and the feeling passed.
