Sam is going to start and that won't change unless he struggles. He is the no brainer choice for now.
That said, Wentz is one of a very short list of QBs with more talent than Sam. He is going to be an elite QB in this league IMO. So I would not underestimate their desire to stick him in there if Sam is anything less than exceptional.
Lastly, I think the competition is going to help Sam. Not only is this is the first time he has had someone more talented than him looking over his shoulder, it is the first time he has had to truly deal with competition. That was a mistake on Fisher's part but clearly the Eagles are not going to make the same error.
