Atlanta only won 1 game prior to their BYE week, since then they have been playing like a new team. I just hope Frisco isn't taking them seriously and Atlanta 'traps' them. This Atlanta team is playing much better since we faced them, don't take them likely, it should be a great game. jmo.

I’m pretty sure we lose a tie breaker at 11-5
Well if they lose out and we win out we'd both be 11-5. That would mean they then go 3-3 in division and we go 4-2 which IIRC is the second tie breaker for division after h2h. It seems to be possible but IMO lets focus on Dallas.

I think it would then have to be a three way tie with the Shecocks and somehow we are wildcard, according to the machine.

Whiners winning that saints game was huge for them.

Anyone else a little split on that?

I mean, if the 49’ers are going to make the playoffs... would you rather go on the road into SF or NO come playoffs?

I’d much rather go to SF.

We probably more realistically need to know how we win a tie breaker with the vikings or packers.

If the Falcons can gather some of that magic, we can definitely get in over the Niners.

Seahawks are the problem. For us to even have a shot, we would all need to finish 11-5, which means the Seahawks would have to lose to the Panthers and Cardinals in Seattle - no way they lose both.

Every prediction model says we can't win the division. Best case scenario is a 5th seed match up with the (7-9 NFC) east winner

None of the prediction model's don't show the Niner's losing to the Falcons. You heard it here first, Rams will win the division.

If the Bears beat the Packers this week, we'll have the tie breaker over both the Bears and the Vikings. In that case, we control our own destiny since they have to play each other again. Other than that, we need to tie with the Vikings.

I like the Falcons to compete well with 9ers and there is a chance with the way that they are playing.
