It was really to our benefit to lose. The 49ers lose draft position and we face the Panthers in the playoffs (who I believe aren’t quite as good as Atlanta). Plus, if we win the wildcard game, we get an Eagles team without Wentz.

Awful game. Hope the Rams bring their intensity next week.

But I had a lot of fun watching Car/Atl and TB/NO also. Seahawks are DONE. And the Rams get the no 3 seed, which is what I wanted all along.

I hate losing the 49ers but I love going to the playoffs. If anything this game showed us where we need to target depth signings next year. More than a few of the B squad guys didn't look very good at all.

To be fair, any team that fields a B squad against another team's A squad will probably get the same results as we did today.
