Next step is to buy your tickets from the Rams after the flyer is posted. It's going to be very easy. I imagine there will be more discussion after the flyer is posted and people start purchasing and receiving their tix.

I think the things to help with are:

(1) we need to organize an auction for the 2 Field Passes
(2) Brian is going to need help organizing and collecting money for the pre-game tailgate
(3) and I guess we'll need people to follow-up and buy their tix.

As far as tailgating, do any of the locals know of this group? stlramstailgate.com Maybe they have some inside info to help organize such a HUGE tailgate that ROD will be throwing down?

Which is a service that allows us to share event costs across a group.

I have not researched their service in detail, so perhaps check that out and see if you think it can be helpful here.

The great thing about this entire event is everyone is helping out. The Rams FO has been very involved and helpful. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night group will be manning a table in the dome raising funds in Rich's name. The team here is all about getting it done.

We won't have a problem getting the tailgate location. We have one secured already but are looking to upgrade. Info will trickle in during the summer until Stranger is ready to put it all in stone.

we were anticipating prices to be almost double that so this should work.

also, i think it would be an awesome idea to coordinate some weekend events for us out of towners.
maybe setup lunch or a dinner and drinks the Saturday before or something.
some sight seeing perhaps?
