Rushing the kids to bed then plopping my butt on the couch. I believe we are having fish tonight so I'm probably drinking a Sauvignon Blanc or a Viognier - I know it's not very footbally to drink wine, but it's the best choice with the meal and I'm not going likely to switch to the hard stuff after dinner. Do I still get to keep my man card?

A good Viognier is awesome, most of them I don't like but I have had one or two that made me say "wow this is delicious". Most SavBlancs these days are to fruity/citrus-y for me. They have shifted over the years and people seem to prefer that but it's just not something I dig.

Gotta teach him to throw. If I learned anything from Brent Musburger it's that quarterbacks find themselves surrounded by beautiful women.

If all goes well I'll be at the hospital holding my new born grandson. :)
Congratulations! You taking a Rams blanket/sweat suit/onesie to bring him home in?

I loved Monday night football in Chicago. I never was tired the next morning. Now everytime I stay up late to watch a game I ask myself why the next morning. I hate when the Rams play prime time. I wish they would get banned from Primetime, but if that little 5 year stretch of losing didn't get them banned then nothing will!

Sleeping, it'll be past midnight and I'm not going to stay up and follow the fucking Seahawks on my phone.

Can you tell it's smoked chicken through all the spices?

Work night. Nothing too time consuming, but still good.
Kielbasa with potatoes and mushrooms. Maybe a cold bud light or two.

Watching the seahags lose, after their flag raising BS.

If it is smoked properly then yes you can tell. I love doing a smoked chicken or turkey and with the leftovers making a chill with stuff from the garden

went clamming after work (leave the strip club jokes alone) so plan on doing up some steamers with peppercinis, roasted garlic and pepperoni, steamed in white wine to go along with some stuffies and some wings on the grill

I'm excited for ya beej.
Congratulations to your entire family. There's nothing more joyfully then bringing a new life into the family.
It's a miraculous feeling.
