Dallas is always over valued.
Too many fans bet them no matter what.
Where I am locally Oakland and SF are overvalued as well for the same reason in the books.
Over is something I might look at.
All this Wade is going to be motivated because Dallas fired him.....I would hope he was motivated because his D has been embarrassing so far. I wasn't thrilled about the hiring of Wade and sadly that is playing out how I feared. If he and the players can turn it around it will because he is a smart guy and a pro, not becasuse Jerry let him go.
I think Dallas hangs a 40 on us in a win and the Rams bounce back vs Seattle.

I've been embarrassed going to the last three games here:
9/30/2007: Rams lose 35-7
10/23/2011: Rams lose 34-7
9/22/3013: Rams lose 31-7

I do NOT want to be put through that ringer again!

For the RAMS sake please stay home. You going to a game between these two is why the RAMS can't score more than 7 points and win. Time to take one for the team and stay home. PLEASE!

As a Loooooong Time Rams Fan, I always Bet on the Rams! Yes it makes the Losses Hurt a little more! BUT it makes the Wins SOOOO MUCH SWEETER!!(y);):yess:

I've lost a few grand betting on the rams over the years. Probably because it was usually a game we should have won against the niners.

What baffles me is how the Cards are only 3pt dogs even at home. I personally think they aren't much better than the 9'ers right now.
Some of the reasoning for this^ may be, when you Look at the Cowpie's;
* They haven't scored more than 19 points in a game so far this season. ( 19 vs Giants, 17 vs Broncos)
* The Cards have score 23 point and 16 point in there first 2 games respectively.
* The Cowpie's got stepped on by the Broncos, and fell apart!
* Normally this game would be a "Push" giving the Cards a 3 point advantage as the "Home Team"!
* But everyone expects the Cowboys to "Come-Back" so Vegas swings the odds 6 points and makes them a 3 point favorite! ( IF David Johnson where in this would be different!)

This is all JMO, but if The Cards make a game of this, and the Cowpie's don't Walk-All-Over the Cards, Expect the Odds on the Rams game to change drastically!!(y);):D

I hope I see a well played game Sunday... I've been embarrassed going to the last three games here:

Those were some rough games to watch. Being there has to have been brutal.

Being a 9 point dog doesn't look so bad looking at these scores. It really doesn't matter. Could be motivation. Vegas does very good at this most of the time. Let's see what happens tonight. Barring any major injury the line will be close to 8-9 points,

Tell me about it... a lot of friends are DAL fans... walking back to the car (long walk)... I hated it.
And the worst part is how much it costs to go to a game... Jerruh rapes you like no other.

If DAL comes out flat and losses tonight (let's say 24-14), you think it'd still be around 8-9?

DAL would be 1-2... and their offense numbers would be very pedestrian at that point.

I agree... let's see what they do tonight... like I said, a lot of DAL fans are very nervous after seeing what happened last week and DEN then losing to BUF.

If Dallas comes out flat an losses tonight they might give more points.....lol......I'm half kidding. They would be very motivated against he Rams. I don't think the line would change much. Rams lost by 7 at home to the Skins. Yup will see.

I'm not sure what to expect from this game. Seeing the Redskins man handle the Raiders last night really helped me accept the loss to them. If we clean up the game changing mistakes we had against the Whiners I would expect the Cowboys game to be a good one. I would make a bet at 9 points under for the Rams at this point. I'm not saying we'll win but those are good odds to bet on I'd think.
It's so different when you're watching a team that you're not so emotionally invested in. Kind of like when you're having that conversation with your three year old daughter about the yellow cheese people vs. the kitty cats :)

That Redskin front four is a scary sight to behold. They were racking up sacks with just four down linemen against what was supposed to be a good offensive line in situations that were hardly in their favor. So yes, it really does put the loss to that team in perspective.

If it wasn't for the Rams having 10 days to prepare, and Dallas having a short week, I would expect Dallas' Oline to simply steamroll the D.

The Rams have a shot IF they cut out the stupid mental mistakes they've been making. (penalties, turnovers) Rams will have to play a near perfect game IMO to win.

That is ridiculous.
So I guess they must expect a dramatic reduction in scoring by our offense and while our defensive struggles continue.

9 points? I'll take that bet.

I'm takin them plus the points this weekend, puttin up a benjamin figure what the hell.

Skins ran all over us and the Rams were still in that game late, and Skins have a better defense than the Boys. Never know in this league of course, but Rams +9 looks like a pretty shrewd bet to me right now.

the interesting thing is vegas basically thinks the Rams and Cards are equal. home field is usually worth 3 pts so the cards being 3pt dogs at home means on neutral site they are 6pt dogs and with the rams being 9pt dogs away, they are also 6pt dogs on neutral site. not sure how they see the rams and cards as equals after the results of the season thus far, but ok...

Am I that green? I thought the lines didn't come out until each team has played. I mean if I take 9 points and the Boys lose 45 - 0 tonight that line will drop dramatically and I am golden.

Can I ask why you didn't like the Wade hiring? And who were you hoping the Rams would hire?

To me, the best scenario, would be the Chowboys win a very hard fought game but get beat up in the process. And then we squeak by in a shootout where they can't keep up w/ our offense. This would do several things. Leave AZ behind us in the standings. Leave Dallas worn out and pressed to recover and us well rested going into the game.
I mean, personally, I could care less if the press and etc never figure us out, as long as we keep throwing down "W"s.
Joke 'em if they can't take a fuck - Bette Midler..........
